This is really a great pace to stay and have a rest amidst everything that is going on now. Place is relaxing and perfect for family ❤️ We really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you also to the staff, who were so accommodating and friendly. Especially Finda, the reception staff, and Henry who assist us for our luggages.

I would like to share my review and highlight the wonderful work of the entire hotel staff. Everything in the hotel is very well organized and professionally managed. What impressed us most was the attitude of the team toward the guests. From the front office to the housekeeping staff, everyone was always polite, helpful, and genuinely friendly. The team is always smiling and ready to assist, creating a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. Even during a difficult and stressful situation, the staff did everything possible to make sure guests felt comfortable and supported. I would especially like to thank Mr. Rami for his exceptional professionalism and kindness. We were among the guests who had to extend our stay when flights from Qatar were canceled on March 1st. During that time, Mr. Rami did everything possible to help us — from practical recommendations to small thoughtful gestures that made a real difference. Thanks to him and the entire team, even in a stressful situation we felt calm, safe, and well taken care of. Thank you to the whole hotel team for your kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for your guests.
