We really enjoyed our family weekend away at Hilton Salwa Beach Resort. It was relaxing and the service was excellent. Shaveen impressed us with his kindness and he was very friendly while serving us at the Souq Kitchen for dinner. We will definitely back again.

The food was really up to standard, especially with Zangmo as our waitress. She is extremely friendly and has a huge smile on her face, making us feel welcomed.

An Exceptional Family Experience: Outstanding Service from an Incredible Team Our family recently had the pleasure of staying at Hilton Salwa Beach Resort & Villas, and from the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the entire experience was truly exceptional. What stood out most was not only the beautiful resort and facilities, but the people. The level of service, warmth, hospitality and genuine care shown by every member of staff was beyond what we expected. Every interaction, no matter how small, was handled with a smile, professionalism and a genuine desire to make our stay special. From the moment we arrived, the check-in and Front Office team made us feel incredibly welcome. The Concierge team, chauffeur and buggy drivers were always helpful, friendly and attentive. Getting around such a large resort was made effortless because everyone was so accommodating. Our villa was wonderful, and the villa staff and housekeeping team paid incredible attention to detail. Everything was maintained beautifully, and it genuinely felt like we were staying in a home away from home. The service continued throughout every part of our stay from room service and the pool team to breakfast and dinner staff. Every member of the team we encountered was friendly, professional and incredibly helpful. Whether it was a simple request, a question, or just a passing interaction, everyone made us feel valued. A special thank you and recognition must go to Hamdi, Fatma, Mohammed Milhan and Dev. Each of them made a real impression on our family through their kindness, professionalism and exceptional hospitality. They are a true credit to Hilton. That said, there are honestly far too many people to mention individually. Every member of staff we met from Front Office, Concierge, drivers and buggy teams, to housekeeping, villa staff, pool staff, room service, breakfast and dinner teams was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. What we appreciated most was the attention to detail. It wasn't simply about providing good service; it was the way everyone seemed genuinely invested in making sure every member of our family was comfortable, happy and looked after. We never felt like just another guest. We felt welcomed, respected and genuinely cared for. There were no complaints whatsoever from our family. In fact, quite the opposite, we were continually impressed by the level of service and the positive attitude of the entire team. Hilton Salwa Beach Resort & Villas gave us much more than a holiday. They gave our family an experience filled with wonderful memories, incredible hospitality and moments that we will remember for a long time. A huge thank you to the entire Hilton Salwa team.
