Our stay at the Marsa Malaz Kempinski at The Pearl was great even though a bit particular as we happened to be there right when the tensions in the Middle East started. Instead of staying 1 week for our holidays, we ended up staying 3 weeks, being stranded for 2 additional weeks. In addition to the superb place, great facilities and amazing service, we would like to warmly thank Mr Zaiko & his very professional staff. It's a complicated moment, new for most of us, and we never felt left aside or insecure. We travelled with our 3 year old son who didnt know what was happening around him and we greatly appreciated the fact that the Kempinski's staff played the game all along. THANK YOU to Dominic, Eric, the 2 Patrick, Marie from the Housekeeping for always adding a little touch which made our son smile, and of course ALL their colleagues (i couldn't remember all the names, apologies for this). Of course, the facilities, amenities & services are important in a Hotel but, as per our peculiar experience, it was the overall warm family and friendly feeling that we will remember. Through a tough time we will keep only those fond memories, they are the most important to us. To all the Kempinski staff : THANK YOU!

I Had a great experience Hamza Super friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. He really makes you feel welcome and taken care of. Definitely one of the highlights of our stay 🙌

Very disappointing experience. The reception staff were unfriendly ( lady in red )and the check-in process was extremely slow and poorly organized. It took far too long just to get the room, which is unacceptable for a hotel. The reception employees also seemed inexperienced and unprofessional. It felt as if they were more focused on appearances than on actually helping guests or doing their job efficiently. The restaurant service was also disappointing. The waiters did not seem to know the menu and were unable to explain the dishes they were serving, which shows a lack of proper training. Overall, the service quality was far below expectations. I would not recommend this hotel unless they seriously improve their staff training and customer service.
