Sharq Village and Spa, A Ritz Carlton Hotel

I’m delighted to be back at Sharq Village & Spa—truly a home away from home. Once again, the wonderful team has gone above and beyond to make our stay incredibly special and memorable. Special thanks to general manager Marwan. I’d particularly like to extend my sincere thanks to the fantastic team at Liwan Restaurant. Whether joining them for the breakfast or dinner buffet, we are always warmly welcomed and greeted with a smile. Their hospitality and attentive service make every visit a pleasure. A special mention also goes to the team at Parisa, where we enjoyed a lovely dinner yesterday evening. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed, and the warmth and attentiveness of the staff made the evening all the more enjoyable. The room service has also been excellent throughout our stay. A special thank you to Saidul, who always greets us with a warm smile and provides such friendly and attentive service. Finally, the housekeeping team has been exceptional. Their attention to detail and consistently high standards are greatly appreciated, with a special shout-out to Emmanuel for taking such wonderful care of us. It is the people who truly make a hotel feel like a home away from home, and the team at Sharq Village & Spa continues to do exactly that. Thank you to everyone for making us feel so welcome and for making each stay so special. We look forward to continuing our stay and returning again.

Stunning property with amazing amenities and caring staff! The spa is top notch! I had the Royal Hammam and it was so rejuvenating! The staff was kind and attentive and made me feel welcome and cared for everyday of my stay. Sahadat tended to my room everyday and made sure everything was perfect! I would come in after a full day of work to a cozy room with a tasty date left on my pillow! Just perfection! I will absolutely be back!

I honestly don’t even know where to start! Our stay at the Sharq Village and Spa was truly an experience and a half, from the moment we arrived until the day we left. We made a last-minute booking on the same day we arrived in Qatar, and the team was incredibly responsive and helpful with all our last-minute questions and requests. From the very beginning, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. A special thank you to John Guchu at the front office, who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was phenomenal. His recommendations were spot-on, and he was incredibly attentive throughout our stay. We were even given a complimentary spa voucher, which was such a lovely surprise! The beach area was beautifully maintained, and Moses from the beach team was fantastic. He made sure we had everything we needed and even went the extra mile by lending us his swimming goggles. These small gestures really made a difference. The spa was absolutely wonderful — peaceful, relaxing, and such a beautiful space that we simply couldn't get enough of it. The food and service throughout the hotel were also exceptional. The restaurant manager made sure everyone was well taken care of, and one evening we had dinner at the restaurant overlooking the pool. The food was amazing, the views were beautiful, and the lounge area was just as impressive. My husband had a very small minor accident during our stay, but what stood out was how quickly and genuinely everyone responded. The team immediately stepped in to make sure he was okay, and the first-aid response was incredibly prompt. It was reassuring to see how much the staff genuinely cared. One of the things I loved most about the hotel was that everyone seemed committed to making sure guests had an amazing experience, from the entrance and restaurants to the beach, spa, housekeeping and room service. Our room attendant was absolutely wonderful. Every time we left the room, we'd come back to find little treats waiting for us. One day, our room had been beautifully decorated with roses and colourful cookies, which I absolutely loved! We had casually mentioned to one of the pool team members that we were celebrating our little one's first birthday, and they took it upon themselves to arrange a small decoration in our room. Our room attendant did a splendid job, and it was such a thoughtful and memorable surprise. I could honestly go on and on about all the amazing experiences we had, but I'd probably end up writing a book! Even on our last day, the hotel surprised us with complimentary transportation as a thank-you, which was such a lovely gesture and the perfect way to end our stay. I have stayed at many hotels, but I can honestly say that I have rarely experienced customer service at this level. Every staff member we encountered was professional, attentive, warm and genuinely interested in making sure we had a wonderful stay. We left with nothing but praise and appreciation for the entire team. The Ritz has definitely set the bar very high for us, and we will absolutely be coming back. In fact, it will most probably be our go-to hotel every time we visit Doha. A huge thank you to the entire Sharq Village team for making our stay so memorable. You truly made us feel special. I would 1000% recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Qatar! ❤️

We had a wonderful experience at Sharq Village & Spa in Doha. The beautiful traditional Qatari-inspired architecture creates such a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere, and the overall setting is simply stunning. The staff were warm, attentive, and professional throughout our stay, making us feel genuinely well looked after. The room was comfortable, beautifully designed, and maintained to a high standard. I also really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, landscape and spa. Only thing missing is swim up pool next to our room which would have been perfect. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and I would happily recommend Sharq Village & Spa to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious stay in Doha. We look forward to visiting again!
