I want to recognise a perfect customer service of Samsur Rahaman Tanvir ,he was very polite,attentive to details and smiling ,all these things gave me an amazing experience

I loved every detail at this hotel. The design was stunning. The pool and beach areas were immaculate. The staff were incredibly helpful. The pool and beach team were especially attentive, bringing towels and coolers of cold water. We even ordered lunch to our beach chairs and it was delicious. We also had the opportunity to eat at the Iranian restaurant, which had impressive service and delicious flavors. We also got to try coffee and treats in the lobby during the sunset ceremony.

We recently celebrated our daughter Grihitha’s 2nd birthday at Sharq Village & Spa, a Ritz-Carlton Hotel, and it turned out to be one of the most beautiful family memories we’ll cherish forever. From the moment we arrived, every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome. The hospitality was exceptional, the atmosphere was elegant yet relaxing, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The service was impeccable, the food was outstanding, and the beautiful surroundings made the celebration even more special. What truly touched our hearts was how effortlessly everything came together, allowing us to simply enjoy every precious moment with our little one. It was a perfect celebration filled with joy, warmth, and unforgettable memories. The team fulfilled all of our special requests seamlessly, without any chaos, ensuring everything was exactly as we had envisioned. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making our daughter’s birthday so magical. We look forward to returning and creating many more cherished memories here.
