The Chedi Katara Hotel & Resort

It is my first visit to the Chidi Spa - in the Chidi Katara - Qatar. I enjoyed every moment from entering till leaving. I went for 90 min massage. First step is warm welcoming on the reception. Then the therapist come with nice smile and form to be filled in person (like some health case) and then will guide to the treatment room - walking through and show the facilities like bathroom, shower… etc. Then the moment comes where you are ready to start so the welcoming started with hibiscus drink while she is washing the feet’s. Lay down on comfortable bed warm and go ahead to the relaxing journey which was perfect, professional. Focusing on the highlighted area and avoiding the one marked as no. Warm towels to keep the body warm. Ending with face and head massage. The room all yours to shower or dressed up and leave with nice warm peppermint tea. Thank you for madding my day 😊

We had such a lovely dinner at The Chedi restaurant. The food was amazing, but what really made the night special was the service. Putri was so attentive and warm — she made sure we had everything we needed and gave great recommendations. Amine & Golam was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Thank you both for making our evening unforgettable. We’ll be back!

Brilliant hotel, amazing rooms with a beautiful view. From housekeeping, to reception staff to the concierge team. Every member of the team extremely professional and helpful. Made us feel at home, and all members of staff were so good with our 1 year old. Special shoutout to Hiba, she is a credit to Chedi. Also Ayoub and Abid for their warm hospitality.

Breakfast is also a wonderful experience, with excellent quality, a great variety of choices and service that perfectly matches the standards of the hotel. We would especially like to recognise Yassine from the breakfast team. His kindness, smile, attentiveness and professionalism made our mornings particularly enjoyable. He is always attentive to guests’ needs and takes great care to make sure everything is perfect. This is exactly the kind of personal touch that makes a real difference in a luxury hotel.
