The St. Regis Doha

A lovely stay. Exactly what you would expect from a 5 star hotel in Qatar. The service by the staff is exceptional. A special thanks to the staff at breakfast, the pool and the beach areas. Abdul (lifeguard on the beach), Somesh (lifeguard at the pool), Prabhash, Damith, Keanna and Satyam (the pool area), amongst many others are unbelievable attentive and friendly. Also important not to forget the cleaners who around the pool, and the rooms, who are constantly working to ensure the resort is pristine. They are working in sweltering heat but still manage to work with a constant smile on their face and always approach you with a friendly attitude. As a pregnant lady, they were extra attentive in making sure I was comfortable. Team's like this, are what make the hotel stay so amazing. Kazi and Siham at breakfast were also so friendly and attentive, making sure I was well taken care of. They really do go the extra mile - they go beyond what they are required. An exceptional team. I pray all the staff are rewarded and thanked as they should be. Thanks to all the team for everything!

Had a fabulous stay. Enjoyed the pool and the excellent service. Damith, Galal, Keanna, Satyam and Paul was great. Provided us with all we needed to make our stay perfect. Kids enjoyed the kids club too. Overall fabulous experience

We recently stayed at the St Regis Doha for 5 days and had an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The service throughout our stay was truly exceptional – every member of staff we encountered was warm, attentive and genuinely eager to make our stay memorable. A special thank you to the pool team, especially Damith, Keanna, Galal and Zaid, who went above and beyond to look after us. Their kindness, attentiveness and professionalism by the pool really stood out and made a big difference to our trip. The amenities at the hotel are outstanding. The pool area in particular was a highlight – beautifully maintained, spacious and perfect for relaxing. The pool staff were incredibly attentive, always on hand to help and consistently providing top-tier service. Breakfast each morning was another standout. The selection was extensive, with a wide variety of high-quality options catering to all tastes – from fresh pastries and fruits to made-to-order dishes and international cuisine. Everything was fresh, well-presented and delicious. The rooms were luxurious, comfortable and impeccably clean, with great attention to detail. Housekeeping was excellent throughout our stay. The hotel itself is stunning, with elegant interiors and a great atmosphere. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The combination of exceptional service, world-class facilities and a welcoming atmosphere makes this hotel a top choice in Doha. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
