An Exceptional First Stay at The St. Regis Doha Our first ever trip to Qatar, travelling with my wife and our 14-year-old son, was made truly unforgettable by our stay at The St. Regis Doha. From the moment we arrived, the hotel exceeded our expectations on every front and gave us a wonderful introduction to Qatar’s legendary hospitality. A special mention must go to Hamza, who was absolutely exceptional. He went all out to make sure everything was perfect for us, consistently going above and beyond and genuinely going out of his way to help. His attention to detail, warmth and dedication to service made a real difference to our stay. People like Hamza are what transform a great hotel experience into an unforgettable one. We also have to mention Yesha, who was an absolute diamond when helping us move rooms. She handled everything with such kindness, professionalism and genuine care, making what could have been an inconvenience completely seamless. The hotel itself is amazing. The iconic Olympic-size swimming pool is spectacular and was a real highlight for our family. The restaurants are excellent, with plenty of choice and wonderful food, while the warm and hospitable staff throughout the hotel make you feel genuinely welcomed. Breakfast at Vine deserves a special mention too. The atmosphere, quality and variety were fantastic, and the staff were incredibly warm, attentive and welcoming. It was a wonderful way to start each day. What impressed us most was the genuine level of hospitality. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and the team consistently made us feel valued as guests. The St. Regis Doha has exceeded my expectations in every possible way. For our first visit to Qatar, it has set an incredibly high standard, and we leave with fantastic memories of both the hotel and the people who made our stay so special. A huge thank you to Hamza (the best host), Yesha, Bashir, Aamine and the entire team. You made our first ever trip to Qatar truly memorable, and we cannot wait to return.

Our stay was fantastic! We stayed for 7 days, my kids spend time in the pool and beach, they really enjoyed it. We had the time also to come in Kid's Learning Center. So much educational and fun activities, the staff Keanna is very professional and actively interacting with the kids.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Exceptional — The Best Hotel Experience We’ve Ever Had Having stayed at numerous 5-star hotels in Doha, we honestly thought we knew what exceptional hospitality looked like — but The St. Regis Doha West Bay completely exceeded every expectation. This was, without a doubt, one of the most outstanding hotel experiences we have ever had, and quite possibly the best we’ve experienced in our lifetime. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The check-in experience immediately set the tone, with the team being warm, welcoming and incredibly attentive. We felt genuinely looked after from the very beginning. In fact, we were enjoying ourselves so much that we changed our plans and extended our stay simply because we weren’t ready to leave! A huge thank you to the wonderful check-in staff, Aditya and Gozde, who went above and beyond throughout our stay. They graciously handled every request with such professionalism, warmth and genuine care. Also, a special mention to Joel, Anfal, Yesha, Victor, Roshan and Okesh — each of you contributed to making our stay so memorable. As a family, one of the things that meant the most to us was how attentive everyone was to our son. The lifeguards, Mohammad and Shaam, were absolutely fantastic. They were always looking out for him, making sure he was safe, comfortable and, most importantly, having fun. They constantly put a smile on his face, and their kindness and attentiveness really stood out to us as parents. At Vine Restaurant, Baasit deserves a special mention. He was incredibly polite, softly spoken, respectful and a true gentleman. His manner and attention to detail made every interaction a pleasure. The team at Vilebrequin — Christine, Damien, Hasan and Somesh — were also fantastic. Their amazing smiles, attentiveness and welcoming personalities made every visit enjoyable. They made us feel genuinely valued rather than simply being guests. And finally, a huge thank you to Lucie and Judith for providing such an amazing housekeeping experience. The attention to detail and care they showed did not go unnoticed. Honestly, we never expected to fall in love with a hotel the way we did with The St. Regis Doha. What was supposed to be a stay became a truly memorable family experience. We loved every moment so much that we had no choice but to change our plans and extend our stay — and even then, we wished we could have stayed longer. The combination of the beautiful property, exceptional service and, most importantly, the incredible people who work there made this stay unforgettable. Every member of the team made us feel special, and that is something you simply cannot put a price on. We left with amazing memories, a huge appreciation for the entire team, and one very clear thought: we are already looking forward to booking our next stay as soon as possible. Thank you to everyone at The St. Regis Doha for making our family feel so welcome and creating an experience we will remember for a very long time. Without hesitation, 5 stars.
