BlueBay Villas Doradas

From our arrival to our departure we found the personnel friendly, smiling and helpful at this Adult only resort. Our rooms were different in size but they were nice & clean and all items replenished when needed. There were 13 hangers in my closet and 2 shelves + one long shelf on top to store my clothes/items. I had no drawers in my room. I had issues with my safe (3 times), but Vivian and Josee came rapidly and changed the batteries and the safe. There was an electrical issue with the 220 volts (No AC) but it was mostly during the day and I was out to the beach or pool. The ceiling fan and lights (110V) worked. They changed the big green transformer box at the end of my building and we had no further issues. The beach is nice and the entry into the ocean is easy and gradual (not steep). All pool areas were well maintained. We enjoyed the gardens when walking to the buffet or the beach. We did not eat lunch at the beach. The food was good at the buffet. The variety is not elaborate but you will always find something to satisfy your hunger. We ate at the Italian and Asian A la Carte restaurants. For our taste, we found the Asian to be the Best one, good selection and delicious tasty food. We went to the resort's Spa and enjoyed relaxing massages. My daughter had Angela and I had Lisbeth and Eloida. These masseuse were very good and professional. Even if I had issues with my safe and AC, we still enjoyed this small Adult only resort. We will be returning to again enjoy another restful vacation ....

HI I'm Vince...I've Been Here a Few Times And It's Obvious I Like it Here , The Playa Dorada Area Is So Nice... The Blue Bay Resort Has a Great and Warm Staff...The Main Bar in The Lobby Has 2 Really Good Bartenders Scarlyn and Pablo They AlwYs Greet You With a Smile...The Entertainment Staff are Super Kind and Fun...The Eating Area Staff are Always WRm and Kind, the Food is Pretty Good...If You Like Fried Chicken then the Beach Bar Kitchen is a Must Then!! My Room was Very Good and Very Clean ... I Will Come Agian 😎✌️

The welcome was delightful as we were greeted with fresh drinks and cool towels. Beautiful open lobby. Loved the all inclusive drinks from several open bars around the property. And free snacks at the beach during the night. It was a thrill to sit in the pool and enjoy drinks at the swim up bar in the extremely clean pool. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The entertainment team is fire!! They rock! The buffet has a wide variety for all eaters. The beach was clean and set up for a divine sunrise or sunset experience. Room stayed cool with ac and fan.
