Amazing resort!! This was my first time in a resort and the atmosphere is very friendly. The staff are fun and it’s never boring. I especially want to thank Julio and Dexander for this great experience.

The animation team was such a joy. They kept the party going all day. Both Eddie and Andy made sure everyone was having a great time.

Do not believe all the horrible comments that people have left. This place is amazing. It is five star by far I do not see a single bug. My room was perfect. The water was hot like boiling hot every time I was on the fourth floor in building 22. It was right in the middle. We were five less than five minute walk to the buffet to the pool to the beach. The beach is less than five seconds from my building. It was beautiful it was quiet there was hardly anybody out there bugging you. There was no flies no bees no animals. No nothing the room was beautiful. It was cold when you wanted to be, you can open your patio door and be fine. The food was fantastic. I am a vegan and have a very limited diet and I was full after every meal . They will accommodate what you need. I drank champagne the whole time it was amazing. Yes it took a little bit longer because it’s not a normal thing that people drink but I got it every time. I wanted it breakfast lunch and dinner anytime I thought the restaurants were OK. The service took a long time but if you’re not in a rush it’s fine we preferred the buffet I went with my sister we had a fantastic time. Every single person was kind generous and went out of the way to make you happy. Do not believe any of the reviews on here. There’s no problems at all. Yes, Saturdays are the worst all the locals come in they take over it is loud They are crazy. They will keep you up all night. We my sister and I had no sleep the night that they were there they’re up drunk till very early in the morning wasted screaming now but that’s a locals so one night out of all the week was not that bad . Everybody went out of their way to make us happy. It was beautiful. We only had rain for about two minutes on our last day that was it. Other than that every day was 30° it was fantastic beautiful fantastic place to go. They will take care of you.

we arrived to the hotel on April 23 around 11.30 am, after very very slow check in and needs to come back get the room at 3 pm but then still need to wait another 45 mins. Room is dated and we were at 3rd floor with elevator wasn't working at all. We also noticed washroom floor was wet but thought was just finished cleaning . later on the night we found was ceiling leaking in the bathroom and my husband felt. Thank God wasn't any injured and we try to contact the front desk from room phone but it wasn't working too. It was very late so we wait till morning told the front desk what was happened and asked put us on 2nd floor. The front desk find us another room but was on 4th floor with elevator wasn't working. Me and my husband over 65 years old. Finally we got help from guest service, her name is Jennifer. Once she knew the whole incidents and took care that right away with her professional skill . We were very appreciated her kindness, knowledge and understanding customers .We thank Jennifer again.

The reception service was not very welcoming, and our room was not ready upon arrival, with access provided at 3 p.m. The room was quite basic and did not include expected furniture such as a table, chairs, or a sofa. During our stay, the elevator was out of service, which made movement within the property more difficult. We also observed that some rooms appeared to have issues related to water damage or flooding. Overall, the experience did not fully meet expectations. In our group, one room experienced an issue where the door battery was dead, preventing access for a couple of hours despite requesting assistance from the front desk. Additionally, some family members experienced problems with the air conditioning, which affected comfort during the night. Access to the à la carte restaurants was limited, as we were only able to dine at the Mexican restaurant, where the service was, however, very good. At the beach, there were no umbrellas available for shade. In addition, beach service was not provided, as staff did not come around to take drink orders, and guests needed to go to the bar directly. On a positive note, the beach location was beautiful and one of the best we have ever seen. We also had a very good experience with our group of friends and families we met during our stay, which contributed positively to our overall time there.
