For the price the resort was very nice, but the rooms need updating. At a minimum the bathrooms need renovations. Our bathroom and our friends’ bathrooms had issues. The door lock didn’t work right from day one and never got fixed, they just gave us a new key every day. The A/C petered out the last half of the week and they just kept trying to jerry-rig it, so it had issues daily. Avoid room 2711 unless they overhaul it. We actually paid extra to stay in that room! It does have an AMAZING VIEW.

I travel a lot and never had this problem before. If you don't speak Spanish, good luck. Staff at the pool bar will not serve you. They will serve all the spanish speaking people before they even look at you. The signage at the buffet was poorly executed. Some foods had signs that were clearly wrong. There were quite a lot of foods didn't have signs at all. It makes it very difficult for people with food allergies to safely eat. Don't get me wrong, it's a very nice place but it's very hard to effectively communicate with anyone. Also, stay on the adult side if you are there on a Friday or Saturday. Locals come and take over the resort.

Had a family reunion and fathers 75th Was amazed with outstanding service All day activities for all ages Great food options
