The room we had was good. The pools were very nice, but the customer service was terrible! They didn’t have enough employees working at the front desk and the few that worked there were inexperienced. We asked for clean towels for 2 days and never received them! In addition, the food was mediocre. We ate out all 3 days we were there. And last but not least, they gave our Uber drivers a hard time to pick us up at the hotel. When we asked them to get us a cab, they overcharged us!

I knew from the beginning that the resort wasn't the fanciest but never in a million years did I expect the AC in the room not to work, the matress be so stiff, the toilet to overflow, not have towels for days to a point where i had to purchase my own towels from the gift shop and the food be so horrible. Oh and also the only atm wasn't working

Our butler Dionisio Diaz,made our stay the most fabulous. WE WERE celebrating a birthday he personally decorated our room brought us champagne, made our dinner reservations. Pools were nice,bartenders were the best. Food at buffet was subpar,We had a older room but was clean,shower needed updating.A la carte was the best especially seafood restaurant.

Leslie at occidental caribe hotel provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. She was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. She made sure all of our questions were answered and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. His positive attitude and attention to detail truly made a difference. Thank you, leslie for your exceptional service—we really appreciate it and hope to see you again!

Dionisio was amazing!!! He really helped my family this past week we spent there. We were having issues with our rooms and he went above and beyond to fix the problem. He changed our room locations so that we’re all together. I really appreciate it and he made our first resort experience one I will never forget!!! Thank you Dionisio!!! Xoxo
