My trip was truly an amazing and memorable experience! ✈️🌴❤️ I had such a wonderful time enjoying the beautiful surroundings, relaxing, and making unforgettable memories. I also want to give a special mention to my butler, [Baroni Rodríguez], who was absolutely amazing throughout my stay. He was very professional, helpful, and always communicated well with me. He made sure I was comfortable and assisted me whenever I needed anything. His excellent communication and great service truly made my experience even better. He is definitely a great butler, and I really appreciate everything he did to help make my trip special.

I think themed night should be a little better prepared and the food should actually match the theme! I think there should be more activities throughout the day at the pool to entertain the guests! I think nighttime activity should be a little earlier after dinner and actually have more options!

I spent 9 nights and 10 days in this resort and I can honestly say it was the worst place I have ever stayed at. I been traveling for 30 years and I was shocked at the staff service and how rude they were. I paid extra for a better room and the room I got had no AC and made contact with guest services 6 times and nothing was ever done about. I was not put in a different room so I had to spend 9 nights in a room that was 85 degrees. Mind you that I paid extra for a better room and that did not helped me at all. I was also assigned a butler since I paid extra so he could help me with dinner reservations. Zero help from him, he would not answer text and whenever he did ti would be hours later just let me know everything was already full. I remember two staff members names (Yafreizi and Heidy) that were extremely rude to my wife and I multiple times. I do have to be fair and say that the location and beach is nice but I would not recommend this place to anyone. Spending 9 hot nights in a room with no AC was very frustrating.
