I wanted to take a moment to share how wonderful my experience was with Aris while planning and having my wedding. From the very beginning, Aris went above and beyond to help coordinate everything and make sure my wedding was exactly what I envisioned. Even before I arrived, she was incredibly responsive to every question, request, and need I had. She always made me feel like my concerns mattered and that everything was being taken care of. Once I arrived and throughout the wedding itself, Aris continued to be amazing. She was always kind, attentive, patient, and genuinely invested in making sure everything was perfect. It never felt like she was simply doing her job, she truly cared about my wedding and wanted to make sure I was happy and able to enjoy my special day. Planning a destination wedding can be stressful, especially when you are trying to coordinate everything from afar, and having someone like Aris made such a huge difference. Her professionalism, kindness, and dedication did not go unnoticed, and I feel she deserves recognition for the exceptional care she provided. Please let Ari know how much I appreciate everything she did for me and my husband. She was a huge part of making our wedding experience so special and memorable. We had a great time at the Resort, excellent food, great amenities, many activities throughout the day, and superb service by the staff. Everyone had great energy and willingness to help. Shoutout to Julia, who stayed in communication with us during our stay and was always making sure we were having a great time from check-in to check-out. Overall, a great experience.

I visited the hotel for my cousin's wedding and had a fantastic stay. The staff has exceptional energy—especially Elian ("The Diva"); he is very professional yet makes you feel like family. The hotel excels in cleanliness and dining; I absolutely loved the 24-hour café and the poolside barbecues. I want to come back… I suggest keeping the disco open until 2 AM, at least on weekends.

Chispita was fantastic and also she made my stay more happy. I am unhappy to be going home - hope she will come visit me in london

Our experience was great even though we were only there for a short amount of time. They have exceptional staff who are very accommodating, especially Julia who went above and beyond her duty to make our stay as comfortable as possible. I’d give her service a 10/10, she is phenomenal.
