A perfect place to vacation with you and your significant other or family. The resort welcomes you as family and that is what we experienced. The staff was excellent from the minute we arrived to when we left. It’s a 45 min drive from the airport and was worth it. Beautiful beach with some small shops. They have a nice pier to have a meal or just experience the waves on. Onsite they have too much to do. The entertainment team led by Michael and Domingo will leave you stunned. Look for Cherry, Raffi, Geoffrey (Baby face) and Jose to name a few. The bartenders to look for were John and Steven during the day Jose S and Amando will keep you going at night. I am a group exercise instructor who joined the Fitness Vacation Exchange company and booked a teaching trip to this resort. It came highly recommended from a fellow instructor who has gone there three times. She was right! The location was one of the most beautiful tropical beaches and resorts I have ever visited. The resort staff was remarkably friendly, engaging, and entertaining! Other guests we met were also repeat guests who love this resort so much, they claim it’s their favorite and keep coming back. It was so clean from the lobby to the beach. The lobby smelled amazing with its essential oils diffused throughout. It was easy to navigate and had plenty of restaurants and bars. The food and service was exceptional and had plenty of variety for all palates. Teaching a class on the pier was like a dream come true! The breathtaking views brought tears to my eyes as I took it all in. The shows, music, entertainment team, pools, beach, club—it was all so fun we felt like a week wasn’t enough! My husband had to practically pull me off the pier as we said our goodbyes and took in one last breathtaking view. Returned today from 10 days at this beautiful resort with my daughter (21) 4 time to dominican and easily our favourite so far. Staff, grounds, beach, rooms we could not fault. Food was a little hit and miss but always managed to find something. The entertainment team and dancers were amazing special mention to babyface, carmelo and Michael ( dance team) but each and every individual made our stay perfect. Ignore the negative reviews as they are clearly written by people who have nothing better to do than pick fault. All The staff work long days and for long stints and the service was great. The beach is one of the nicest we have been to in Dominican with absolutely no seaweed at all and clear blue water….idyllic! Thank for a perfect holiday! Tracy and Abbie

I am still in shock at how terrible my experience was here. I expected a relaxing stay, but instead, I spent my entire trip stressed and disgusted. There are so many things wrong with this place that I don't even know where to begin. It was hands-down the worst experience of my life. Save your money, your time, and your sanity.I feel a responsibility to warn others so they don't make the same mistake I did. I booked the Premier Package and the Pool Out Swing Suite, expecting a decent experience, but it was an absolute nightmare. Stay away!

An absolutely fabulous experience the staff were friendly and always very helpful. The restaurants food were excellent. We would definitely recommend this resort. My only downside was lack of air conditioning in the main reception and the World Buffet. The staff went above and beyond to help when a member of our party was taken seriously ill and was taken to a hospital nothing to do with the resort I might add
