Dreams Flora Resort & Spa

Great high-end resort with a truly all inclusive experience, beatiful surrounding and friendly staff. It was also friednly for a family with kids

Cannot recommend this hotel enough the whole experience from the second we arrived has been amazing - this is our 5th time in Punta Cana but first time at Dreams Flora and we will be back! Particular highlights @bordeux restuarant and @himitsu restaurant the food and service was unmatchable! Particular shout out to @Solanyi, @anastacio @juan @wendy @noel @pedro thank you all so much! And the bar staff in the main bar whose customer service is second to none! You ladies have spoilt us for any other resort as has @angleo #crazylegs! We will be back!

The hotel was fantastic! Honestly the staff go out of their way to ensure your stay is memorable, that you feel welcome, that you want to come back. The food at some of the restraints is amazing and the pools were a ton of fun and very well kept. For an even better experience, they had the excursions provided by the hotel (the slightly cheaper ones with actual staff employees who care about how much you enjoyed your time) at the very far end of the beach in a tiny shack. They put the more corporate approved ones right at the front desk, very visible. They don't tell you that your airline reps also have an excursion table, tucked away at the bottom of the lobby. I couldn't give it full points though because a few things were a bit dated in the hotel and were actually being updated as we stayed there. The ceiling fans made noise, my shower head was a terrifying shade of black and rust, and the beach... They are currently working on the beach but didn't mention that when I booked. So it is murky water with pipes and tubes running through it... Little sad.

This was my second time at Dreams Flora and I have to honestly say this resort is the best. From our concierge, Atanasio, Crazy Legs and my girl Vanessa. We had the BEST time. Please go to the resort! It’s amazing!

The food was amazing, the butler Atanasio went above and beyond for our family. I would recommend upgrading to the preferred club. Although the chemicals they used in the pool made my hair go green so if u have blonde hair beware of this. Staff were all friendly and didn’t have to wait long to be seating in the restaurants or the buffet.
