Dreams Macao Beach Punta Cana Resort & Spa

Very family oriented, good place to relax. The food is good quality and a lot of variety. The buffet changes daily. The staff is amazing.

We are just returning from Dreams Macao Beach where we spent a week for our honeymoon. We had a preferred junior suite which gave us access to the preferred lounge as well as the adult only pool and preferred restaurant. However we chose mostly to eat breakfast at the main restaurant. We could not fault the staff and big shout out to Junior in the main restaurant. The rooms were well decorated, clean and beds comfortable! The hotel grounds were also extremely clean and well maintained. We ate at most of the à la cartes- japanese, steak, italian- all of which we really enjoyed and liked the fact you could just turn up and choose to eat there as many times as you wanted. The preferred pool was great and extremely comfortable bali beds with a great bar service. The beach was clean but the sea was fairly rough so not great if you wanted to swim in the sea. The evening entertainment was much of a muchness every night and contained very similar components despite it being a different show name. The shows would also change at last minute as we expected a beach party on one night but this didn’t happen and it couldn’t be the weather to blame. However, we Would recommend based on all other elements of the hotel!

Our stay at the Dreams Resort in the Dominican Republic was absolutely spectacular from start to finish. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always greeting us with warm smiles and attentive service. We were thoroughly impressed by how spotlessly clean the facilities and grounds were kept throughout our stay. With endless activities available daily, there was always something fun to do and never a dull moment.

I truly don’t have enough words to describe the incredible experience I had at dreams Macao! I had my wedding there and it was quite literally a dream - from the service to the wedding team to the drinks to the entertainment team, everything was absolutely amazing!

Lovely hotel great room and really amazing and friendly staff. Occupancy was only around 25-30% so at times felt like you had the place to yourself, down side was limited range of restaurants open each night but not an issue as tried them all. Moises and Miguel and Yolanda get a big shout out and ladies in coffee shop always smiling and happy. Would we go again? Definitely 😁
