Grand Palladium Select Bávaro

We just returned from there it was absolutely amazing but more importantly my wallet fell out while I was in a cart I had my id and about 8 credit cards and $5000 cash and the driver Edward found it and he tracked me down and returned it not a single dollar missing. When you add trust to a beautiful resort that makes it so much better. My life would have been ruined if it went the other way. So THANK YOU

This was our first all inclusive resort. From the moment we arrived the staff was professional and personable. They made sure we had what we needed and more. Juan and Neftalí were always there to answer any questions we had and help us make reservations or plan out activities for our family. This was a great first experience for us.

Traveled June 2026. We stayed at select Bávaro. There’s 5 hotels that we had access to on the property so you have 5 pools multiple buffets multiple restaurants. You can get transportation via buggy’s all day and night. The food was mid at best. The staff was exceptional at all levels. The beach was meh because of the seaweed the rooms were beautiful all recently remodeled and upgraded. They lack poolside entertainment, they lack quality night entertainment. Place is very clean, landscaping kept up well. They have a sports center that has everything. Our biggest problem was the entertainment and food but overall we had fun and really no major issues. Great value. On a barstool rating I’d go 7.2. Wont go back but that’s just because we like to try different places

Before I went I saw pepople making bad reviews about really petty things. I had an amazing time, rooms were clean, and done to a high standard, the staff were super friendly and it didnt matter if you spoke spanish or not. The service and the food at all the restaurants were great. They were meticulous about allergies. We went all inclusive, there were no restrictions with anything food or drink wise, so highly recommend. The beach was less than a minute walk away for us, great drinks service on the beach too. Would 100% be coming back here again and again. Only issue would be the inhability to bring your friends into your hotel space that you paid for if they didnt have wrist band, which makes sense, but still.

The service was excellent especially our butler Hector Alexander who was there for anything we needed 24/7 and also Ramon in transport was always a phone call away
