I loved being at the Family Selection. The girls are phenomenal, especially Paloma and Pamela. My two children were delighted. Thank you so much, and please continue providing excellent service.

Over all one of the best vacations I’ve had! The employees are all super extra sweet. They seem to go above and beyond to make sure your stay is a pleasant one! Happy with the bang for the buck, the all inclusive is a total game changer. Definitely coming back!

My wife and I stayed at Grand Palladium Select Bávaro in July 2026, and unfortunately, our experience did not live up to the expectations of a property marketed as a 5-star resort. The biggest positive was the staff. The resort transportation team was by far the highlight of our stay. Every bellman and shuttle driver went above and beyond to make us feel like VIP guests. They were always friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. I especially want to recognize Luisito, Fermin, and Leonel, who consistently provided exceptional service. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality made a lasting impression. Unfortunately, several other aspects of the resort were disappointing. Room: Our room had a noticeable smoke odor upon arrival. The shower design also needs improvement, as water constantly spilled onto the bathroom floor because the glass door lacks a proper water seal. In addition, the air conditioning struggled to cool the room adequately and never reached a truly comfortable temperature. Breakfast at La Catedral: This was one of the most disappointing dining experiences of our stay. We waited approximately 30 minutes just to receive a single plate of food. The breakfast itself was average at best, and the coffee was nothing memorable. The long wait combined with the underwhelming quality made for a poor start to the day. Dinner at Las Torres: We waited about 30 minutes just to be seated, followed by another 30-minute wait for grilled chicken at the grill station. Unfortunately, the rest of the buffet offerings were below average in both quality and flavor. The long waits simply were not worth it. Lunch at Arrecife: Wait times were much better here, but the food quality remained disappointing, and the buffet offered very limited variety. The beach and grounds are beautiful, and we also had an incredible Isla Saona excursion during our vacation, but that was arranged through an outside company and ended up being the highlight of our trip. Overall, I don't believe this resort delivers the value expected for the nightly rates it charges. Based on our experience, it does not meet the standards of a true 5-star resort. There are simply too many shortcomings in the rooms, food quality, and dining experience to justify the premium price. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because the employees clearly care about providing excellent service, and they deserve a product that matches their efforts.
