Hideaway at Royalton Punta Cana

First time visiting Dominican Republic and my partner and I absolutely loved it. This resort is fantastic. Everything from the service to the restaurants, the beach and the room were all excellent. We will definitely be back. Jose was especially helpful and made all of our reservations and made our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible

This is my 3rd time visiting the Dominican Republic and I must say my stay at the Royalton Hideaway has been a 5 star experience. The entertainment for Halloween and the food at the Dorado was top. The service provided by Sorainny and her colleagues was 5 ⭐

Sorainny was very polite and helpful and always made us feel welcome

Just returned from five nights at this lovely resort. Everything was absolutely fantastic. Food was fantastic. Grounds were fantastic. But the most fantastic thing was my personal butler Ozuna. He was absolutely amazing. He alone it is what makes this Resort five stars in my opinion. I was there for my 55th birthday and he took care of every detail. He did his utmost to get us reservations in all the restaurants we requested. We knew ahead of time that our requests may not be met, but he made it happen. We could personally see him working out details himself. He was in cahoots with my best friend and was able to surprise me with a beautifully decorated room. I was over the moon. He’s absolutely the best. Highly recommend the Diamond service with a butler. Amazing Ozuna!!! Five stars! Hope you’re lucky enough to get him. And by the way, this was not my first trip to the DR nor was it my first stay at a Royalton.

This place is their perfect getaway for us. The whole resort has an incredibly kind atmosphere. You always feel like your needs are met and if they aren't then they will do all they can to make them so they are. The rooms are wonderfully clean with a big bed and they take a lot of care when doing the rooms every morning and evening. For the price this is definitely a great place to go. Special mention to our concierge, Jose, who is as wonderful throughout. He made us feel very special as we had recently got engaged. He checked in every day, helped us with restaurant reservations and did everything he could to make our stay great. Also a big shout out to Juan at the Hideaway bar. Incredible person and great barman! Would definitely come back again.
