Estrella at the Hideaway pool took excellent care of us you couldn’t ask for better! Carolina for breakfast and lunch at the Dorado, always a smile and a friendly face These two made our trip amazing Sadly, the beach was very eroded from our previous visit here

I had such a great time in Punta Cana and the service and food was amazing and jean paul was amazing playing games by the pool it was so much fun. We will definitely be back to see jean paul . He single handedly made my day, and he organized some awesome events. We can’t thank him enough.

We had the best service from one of the bar staff at dips pool bar! His name was Heddy! We wanted to try all the different cocktails! We didn’t ask for a specific drink he just said to him what do you suggest and everytime we went us we had some thing new and wow it was good!

Our experience at Royalton Punta Cana was made especially memorable thanks to our amazing Diamond Club butler, Jony! From the beginning, he was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring. He regularly checked in with us through WhatsApp, helped arrange our dinner reservations, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. What impressed me most was how he went above and beyond to help us resolve a transportation issue on our final day. Rather than simply directing us to someone else, he personally accompanied us and stayed by our side while we worked everything out. We also want to recognize Isabel from the wedding planning team, who was incredibly kind and helpful during our visit, especially when we encountered transportation difficulties upon arrival. We were visiting the resort to plan our upcoming wedding, and the care and hospitality we received from Jony made us feel completely at ease. We trust him wholeheartedly and already plan to request him as our butler when we return for our wedding! Both Jony and Isabel are wonderful representatives of Royalton, and we truly appreciate everything they did for us!
