We had a wonderful trip. This is our third time visiting RIU in Bavara in one year. We love it! Beautiful and clean resort. The food court is fantastic, great evening entertainment, and well maintained water park on site was a hit for our family and friends.

The hotel services were excellent and the food varied. It was a bit hit and miss at times but mostly good with plenty of choice for all. We felt that Spanish speaking guests were preferred and got much better service. Our Spanish is rudimentary and we observed a distinct difference between the service we got compared with native Spanish speakers.

As diamond class members, our loyalty was not recognised,no thanks for being a loyal guest,no welcome,no upgrade, poor service from front desk,no upgrades(elite rooms) apparantly available,it was only after my complaints to the regional director, that a room became available.

Can’t fault the hotel and service really but the maids take stuff out your case! After 10 days had a pack of razors taken, my little girls brand new pack of undies and my panty liners and my partners new 2 pack underwear
