Riu Palace Punta Cana

We are here now and personally we cannot fault this hotel we have a lovely room.on the 3rd floor spotlessly clean All Staff are Amazing nothing is ever too much trouble the Animation team are a lot of fun ..The main buffet is really good lots to choose from ..the speciality restaurants we have only been to the steak house which was lush i dont have a big appetite so prefer a buffet . The surroundings of this hotel are stunning the pools and beach are fabulous ..Everyone here works really hard to make your holiday special .. Then we come to the entertainment in the evening which is not always brilliant but even if good the sound system is knocking them out its distorted really awful ..sound checks would be good to get the dynamics and clarity right .. We would definitely come back here . The themed partys are a lot of fun we loved the white party Pink tomorrow cannot wait ..

I had an absolutely awesome time (my third stay) at the RIU Palace Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic. The accommodations were excellent, it was very clean, the food was great. I enjoyed the pools there, the entertainment, the bars, nearby shopping, The staff was friendly and efficient. Special thank you goes out to Ruby and Sanchez at the main buffet, and Soler at the Sports bar. as they made my trip so enjoyable.

3rd visit didn't disappoint, I totally loved my stay here again, the staff are all brilliant and friendly, if you are English try to learn a little Spanish- this is their language and the odd word in Spanish is appreciated . No complaints at all, mini bar regularly topped up, loads of choice of food in buffet restaurants. There was a lot of sargassum the first 2 days of my holiday and you were unable to get in the sea because it was everywhere ( the last 2 Septembers I visited was never a problem), however thats nature, and day 3 it cleared, so sea duty was thankfully resumed - sea is just beautiful, and so warm, perfect. Went to all 4 parties- omg, they are just Brilliant fun, definitely visit them whatever your age, the atmosphere is incredible. Think my only complaint is the kids disco needs to be less loud, a few evenings I ate early and sat outside, but the noise from the stage was so loud, did spoil the meal a little bit. Anyway huge thank you to everyone single person who works at the Palace, you always make my stays memorable, and see you all again next year 🥰

This hotel is truly breathtaking, and the casino feels like stepping into a high-end European venue. The chuck a luck tables were busy and very lucky for me

The classic architecture of the Riu Palace Punta Cana makes it feel very exclusive. The casino is top-notch. I hit a huge prize on the machines and had a lucky run at chuck a luck.
