Royalton Bavaro Resort & Spa

We had a great experience during our week long stay at the Royalton Bávaro. The swim up room was nice & clean, food / drink services at the restaurants & bars were great. Our butler, Roy, was a fantastic help booking dinners for us each day, keeping us informed of daily activities & he even went out of the way to help us celebrate the three birthdays of our family members while on our trip. He especially surprised my daughter with the cutest birthday balloons & gifts during breakfast one day during our stay. We had a fantastic time & recommend Royalton Bavaro for a relaxing & stress free vacation!

Our family vacation at Royalton Bavaro was wonderful, but what truly elevated our stay from great to unforgettable was our butler, Roy. From the moment we arrived, Roy took incredible care of us. Traveling with multiple generations can sometimes be tricky to coordinate, but he handled every detail seamlessly. He managed all our dinner reservations without a hitch, saving us the stress of planning each evening. The absolute highlight of our trip was how Roy went above and beyond for my mom and daughter, who were both celebrating birthdays. He organized the sweetest birthday surprises for both of them, making them feel genuinely special and celebrated. Whether it was checking in daily, anticipating our requests, or making sure we always had everything we needed in our room, Roy was attentive, kind, and always one step ahead. Overall, Royalton Bavaro is a beautiful, accommodating resort with plenty to offer for a relaxing family getaway. If you stay here, ask for Roy—he will make your trip truly exceptional!

Easy to navigate and get around. Close to amenities and the airport. Lovely beach. The room was clean and very nicely decorated and equipped. Great choice of channels as well. Love the swim out. The value was also reasonable considering the quality of food and the facilities. People and staff were very friendly and helpful. The resort was very relaxing with the appropriate amount of activities and sound level. Always entertaining. Our butler Roy was a fantastic host. Very competent at all tasks, extremely warm personality and friendly demeanour.

This resort was great, the service was excellent, and there was kind staff everywhere. The rooms were cleaned everyday, and felt welcoming. The pools and lazy river were cool and relaxing, the mini golf was fun and tricky. There were not a high amount of noise , except when we were in areas of construction.

Royalton Bavaro is great 👍. This is my second time and I will be back. The beach is peaceful and they have a great lazy river. Rooms are comfy and spacious. They do an excellent job keeping up with cleaning and gresh towels. Drinks 🍸 are yummy and food is good. This was first time for Diamond club and it was amazing. Our butler Roy was friendly and super helpful. He made everything smooth and and answered any questions we had.
