Royalton Bavaro Resort & Spa

Great experience at this hotel. Staff are great and work really hard to provide the hospitality and service to guests. Entertainment is first rate even when we saw it again the second week we were there. Rooms are large and well equipped and are kept exceptionally clean by the housekeepers, with the minibar stocked daily. The pools and beachfront location make this a premium experience with full service in all locations. Great gym and pickleball/tennis courts which are always available. The food is great and very varied, something for everyone. The kitchen staff and front of house staff are great and work hard to provide a great dining experience. Overall a fantastic stay in a great hotel. Thanks for a great stay, we will be back!!

The Royalton Bavaro was amazing! This is because of a few things: the people working there, the butler, Odil Yomary Herrera she went above and beyond to make us feel amazing she helped us with all the restaurant booking, keeping the fridge in the room full, making sure the rooms were always in top shape. We were a group of 24 people. She had to work together with Wilkins Astacio to make sure we were together in a lot of the activities and restaurants. Odil, she organized our daughter and her boyfriend celebration anniversary which looked amazing. Thank you both for being such an amazing people. The facility was very nice. Food was amazing and so many choices for vegan including vegan hamburgers. The beach is okay, we had a lot of algae for a few days and waves, however they were cleaning it all the time. The speed boats in the water make it unsafe to snorkel which is not something we appreciated. Overall it was amazing thanks to the services of Odil and Wilkins!

Royalton Bavaro was absolutely amazing! The entire staff was welcoming and helpful. Our butler Javier and concierge Chanel went out of their way to make our experience one of a kind. We will definitely be back.

My Wife and I spent two wonderful weeks at the Royalton Bavaro in Punta Cana in October 2026 to celebrate our anniversary. The resort grounds are absolutely beautiful and very large, offering plenty to see and do. While our check-in process started out a little long, the situation completely turned around once the Diamond Club Manager, Miguel Rodriguez, was notified. He immediately stepped in, corrected the issue, and had our butler, Albert, show us directly to our room. From that point forward, our experience was nothing short of fantastic. Miguel and Albert genuinely made this one of the best vacations we have ever had. Because we were celebrating our anniversary, Albert and Miguel surprised us by decorating our room with balloons, drawing a gorgeous bubble bath filled with floating flowers, and leaving champagne on ice alongside delicious chocolate-covered strawberries. Throughout our entire two-week stay, both of them constantly checked in with us to ensure we had everything we needed. Their attentiveness was remarkable. The entire stay at Royalton Bavaro was a highly positive experience. The daily activities and nightly shows were absolutely top-notch. A special shout-out to Michele and Veronica from the entertainment staff, who brought so much great energy to the daily events! We also found the food and the wait staff to be great. We received excellent service across the resort, especially from Louisa, Pedro, Samuel, Jorge, Juliana, and Stephanie, among many others who took such great care of us. Our only minor complaint was that a few of the restaurants were closed for renovations during our stay. However, the resort is large enough that this didn't really have much of an effect on our overall experience. The Bottom Line: I highly recommend the Royalton Bavaro as a premier vacation destination. The staff completely elevates the experience, and we are already planning our return trip!

We had an amazing time at this hotel. The food was lovely and our butler Luis made sure we had the most special time 5 stars to him.
