Royalton Punta Cana, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort & Casino

We had such an amazing time!! Our butler Antonio Castillo was awesome. He was always available and helped us with everything that we needed. We also loved Bernard from the entertainment team. He always would take his time to talk with us and make sure that we were having a great time, getting us involved in the activities! We will definitely be back in the future for sure.

The customer service is the best of the hotel . Shout out to my butler Antonio ! He is the best . Always checking in us . We was able to contact him any time and the respond was immediately!! Excellent experience !

Safeguarding breach ignored by Royalton Splash Punta Cana. My son was involved in an incident with entertainment team that raised safeguarding concerns - used for commercial gain without regard for privacy/well-being of a minor. Emailed Royalton multiple times - ALL IGNORED. No acknowledgement. Only got a response on 14 Oct after escalating to TUI. Royalton's reply says matter went to HR and "disciplinary measures applied" but they "cannot disclose details" - so no proof of action. They admit it "does not represent values" and that "privacy and well-being should be safeguarded" but ignored the complaint until TUI forced a reply. No compensation/refund offered. Booking Ref 33701578. Warning to other parents - if something goes wrong with your child, expect to be ignored unless your tour operator chases them.

This is not an autograph collection hotel. Do not get the suite or the butler service. It’s an added expense that is a huge inconvenience and you are dealing with it more than having a vacation. The suites are basic rooms. Marriott and Autograph Collection should not put their name on this hotel. You will find much better all-inclusive resorts elsewhere. Enjoy your vacation but this is not a vacation place. It’s an expensive hassle and inconvenience.

Definitely not what is advertised. What they call their diamond club with big rooms is not big bathroom is not nice. They offer Butler service and you pay more, but it isn’t close to butler service! It’s not even up to a high-quality Concierge service. Definitely isn’t what it’s marketed to be!
