Royalton Splash was a great resort to stay in. Edwin Berroa was our Butler. He was amazing. Always made sure we had what we needed and whatever we wanted to do he made it happen. All the staff are welcoming and helpful. Rooms are very nice. House keeping was always on top of keeping our room clean.

My Family travelled to this hotel specifically for the kids to enjoy the waterpark as well as the warm Dominican weather. We had chosen the Diamond Club experience and had Edwin Berroa as our Butler. He was amazing and if we go back we would ask for him again. If you’re booking Diamond Club I highly suggest requesting Edwin. He was very personable and my kids loved him, my son even wanted to get a photo with him when we left.
