Secrets Playa Esmeralda Resort & SPA

I loved living this experience with my friends in this great hotel, the exquisite food, everything clean in the rooms, Pool and Beach beatutifull, I would return but this time with my children and grandchildren.

The entertainment staff is very good and joyful. They are always smiling , respectful with a kind word. They are all young and full of energy. Shout out to Aquaman, Monkey and the other ones. Their energy is very contagious. -My room was always clean and well arranged. I remember the name of my room service lady Roseangela. I will give her a 10 out of 10. My room was always impeccable.

This resort was amazing and the bultler service was top notch!! We would definitely recommend goung here and even go back again!

Luis, our butler, was always available and met our every need. He went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The atmosphere was lively and friendly. The room was clean, but we didn't always have a washcloth. The resort was clean. One lounge chair was broken, and staff still put it by the pool every day. That was an accident waiting to happen; safety was an issue. We told several staff about the lounger, and we even pulled it away from the poolside. The resort has been open for a year, and the secret boxes are already falling apart. Noise level was typical of a resort. Luis (our butler) and Brrrenda, (entertainment staff) were exceptional. The El Patio restaurant on the Dreams side was the BEST restaurant on the resort. Berto was our waiter, and he attended to our every need as well as others'. He balanced his workload very well, tending to everyone in his section. He was very friendly and made us feel comfortable.

The trip was awesome. Brrrrrrenda was fantastic 10/10. Very engaging and made the activities very fun
