Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana

Secrets Royal Beach is fabulous. Our concierge Felix made everything perfect for us for the second year in a row. He took care of every detail including check in and out. All staff were amazing. I would like to mention in addition to Felix, Elkin at Oceana and Zabala in the Lobby Bar. Our favorite restaurant was the french for dinner and loved the breakfasts at Oceana. We will be returning next year.

Overall we were kind of disappointed in our experience with Secrets Royal Beach. Many times it seemed we were a bother to staff especially after we declined upgrades or additional purchases. While there were a few bright spots the overall experience was unfriendly. Food was hot or miss. We had much better experiences on the Dreams side especially at Portofino. The beach is amazing. The pools were fantastic. But if we weren’t going to stand around for a sales pitch they didn’t really want us to be there.

Amazing resort. We have been several times and have never been disappointed. Our butler, Carlos Fabian, is the very best and we request him at every visit. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

I can’t say enough about this resort. We had a wonderful relaxing time. The staff was excellent. Our butler Alex was top notch and showed true customer service from the moment we arrived he was there everyday to help us and gave us anything we requested. Alex you are a very example of why people should visit and stay at this resort. The resort was very clean and the food was excellent.

We had Carlos as our Butler and he was absolutely fantastic!! He went above and beyond to help us with all our needs. He answered my texts with seconds, at anytime of the day. Thank you Carlos!! I really think Secrets should give him a raise and a promotion, he deserves it. I heard other people at the pool complaining about the Butler they had, thankfully we didn’t have that experience. Thank you Carlos for making our vacation so enjoyable!
