Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana

This is the third time we’ve been back to secrets Royal Beach. We always love going and they always take such good care of us. Preferred is definitely worth it. If you want the extra care and upgrades. Orlando always takes care of us as our butler and we absolutely love him.We love eating breakfast at Oceana. we always go to unplug and get away, usually spending our time at the quiet preferred pool. Margarita is amazing taking care of us while we’re at the preferred pool . we did notice on this trip, The food has improved and just continues to get better. it’s so nice to frequent a vacation place where you feel like family and the greeting is warm and genuine.

We love it here and highly suggest preferred. It you do preferred request to be assigned to Yafriesi he will make your trip that much more special. And then go see Obispo (Obi) at the proffered pool bar he will make you the best drinks and you will end up like us and not spend time anywhere else.

This was a wonderful resort. We do a couple of all inclusives every year and this is at the top of the list. The food was pretty incredible. Wilmer in the Preferred lounge at night was one of our favorites. Super nice and makes the best drinks. The swim up preferred pool bartenders Obispo and Sebastian were great and always super attentive. We hope to be back soon!

Rooms was spacious, the grounds was clean and beautiful. Staff is awesome and entertaining. There was never a dull moment. Can wait to do it again!

Preferred club is definitely worth the extra price. Also, I have celiac and my husband has a serious nut allergy. They went above and beyond to make sure we knew which choices were safe (and there were MANY options) and worked with the kitchens to avoid cross contamination.
