Secrets Tides Punta Cana

We had a wonderful stay at Secrets Tides Punta Cana, staying in an Oceanfront Master Suite with butler service. Overall, the resort made a great impression on us, and there were several highlights that made our vacation special. The resort grounds are absolutely gorgeous, beautifully landscaped, and very well maintained. Everything looks clean, cared for, and inviting. Our Oceanfront Master Suite was beautiful, spacious, and a fantastic place to relax and enjoy our stay. One of the biggest highlights was our butler, Emmanuel. His service was exceptional throughout our visit. He was always helpful, attentive, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and our needs were taken care of. His professionalism and genuine desire to help really stood out and made our experience that much better. The beach and ocean were a bit of a mixed experience. If you are expecting the classic white-sand beach often associated with Punta Cana, this may not quite meet your expectations, as the sand is not the typical powdery white sand you might envision. The ocean was also quite choppy during our stay, which made swimming less enjoyable at times. There was seaweed along the beach, but credit to the resort staff, who worked hard to clean it up multiple times throughout the day. Their efforts were noticeable and appreciated. Unfortunately, the specialty restaurants were the main area where the resort fell short of our expectations. Both the quality of the food and the level of service need improvement. Given the standard and price point of the resort, we expected a better dining experience. The food quality was inconsistent, and the service at most specialty restaurants did not meet the level of attentiveness and hospitality we would expect from a resort of this calibre. Improving both the food and restaurant service would make a significant difference to the overall guest experience. Overall, Secrets Tides Punta Cana is a beautiful resort with stunning grounds, lovely accommodations, and excellent butler service. A special thank you to Emmanuel for helping make our stay memorable. The property has a lot going for it, but the specialty dining experience needs to be brought up to the same high standard as the rest of the resort. We enjoyed our stay, and with improvements to the food quality and service at the specialty restaurants, Secrets Tides Punta Cana could offer a truly outstanding all-around vacation experience.

Loved our stay and our visit. A few shout-outs to the incredible Entertainment staff ( Sander, Anibal, Stephanie, Erica, Teddy, and Shaquera) that made our trip even more special. Beautiful resort with great food.

We did an excursion one afternoon, and we were picked up and taken into other resorts along the way to pick up other tourists. We noticed how much Secrets stood out in comparison. It was by far the most beautiful!! We felt so lucky! It was calm, it was clean, and there was so much good food I still am full ... and I left three days ago. The pools were beautiful, and the service was impeccable. You could drink three piña coladas and read a book on the beach for the day without leaving your seat because people are so attentive. Highly recommend!!

This was first international trip and first time at an all inclusive resort. Secrets Tides Punta Cana, has truly set the bar high for me. It did not disappoint. Staff was wonderful, food was good and the cocktails never disappointed. It felt good to not worry about anything the entire trip. Will definitely be back.

Secrets Tides of Punta Cana was an incredible resort experience we will never forget. The property is gorgeous, the staff is fantastic, and the environment is exactly what you'd hope for on vacation.
