Sunscape Coco Punta Cana

Nicolas from Sharky’s pool bar provides excellent service and drinks!

Carlos and Martina gave us the best service in the resort restaurant Kaleidoscope. Pedro from the Flip Flop beach bar was also an incredible and friendly bartender and really enhanced our entire stay. We thank all three of them for their incredible service and for making our honeymoon such an unforgettable experience. Food was great and they bring such a good mood everyday that its impossible to have a bad stay.

We came here to enjoy a week vacation after getting married. We had a great stay at the Sun Club. The room was clean, the service provided by Martina and Carlos at the Kaleidoscope and Pedro from Flip Flop bar was good. Friendly people and provided great service.

We have just spent a week in block 2 sun club rooms and could not fault this fabulous hotel, the staff are all incredible the food is delicious and every single person we met was so incredibly amazingly friendly. I would highly recommend it - Skye and the Edwin at the poolside entertainment are brilliant and Gabriela at Sun club reception was super helpful we love her - thank you Sunscape hotel for an u forgettable holiday

Resort was not great. Not many options for food in between open lunch and dinner options, you either get pizza that is horrible or mediocre hotdog and hamburgers. Only good restaurant was the Hibanchi Teppanyaki. Beach front full of seaweed and brown water. Our housekeeper was terrible, bathtub was so dirty it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Had to walk to the front desk everyday to ask for towels and then wait 30+ minutes for them to be delivered. Room phone didn’t work the entire stay.
