Serious bathroom hygiene incident and an unanswered complaint I stayed here with my two young children, and our experience was deeply upsetting. Check-in was poorly handled. We were initially given a room with one bed despite my booking being for one adult and two children. The water park was a major reason for choosing this hotel, but I was told it would be closed for repairs for the rest of the week. After reporting problems with the toilet and towels to the assistant manager, I later found faeces in the bathroom bin. I reported this immediately and was subsequently moved to another room. Finding this while staying with young children was distressing, and I still have no explanation for how it happened. Trying to get the complaint addressed took up further holiday time, with repeated chasing and waiting to speak to management. Ms Mercedes offered a meal, two massages and a late checkout. I did not use the massages because I had my young children with me. I made clear that these gestures did not resolve my complaint, which the manager acknowledged. The manager promised to investigate, but I have now checked out without receiving the promised investigation findings or explanation. The bathroom hygiene incident and the lack of follow-up seriously affected our stay. Based on my experience, I would not return. The grounds are pretty. This is a good three star hotel at best.

Don’t waste your time here I’ve never had a hotel that cannot serve a cold drink or allow you to set your own room temperature For real the room temperature is set and you can’t change it below 68° when it’s 95° outside it doesn’t matter you’re not sleeping any better than 68°. They won’t let you change it. No matter what you have to ask for ice and nearly every drink you get and when you do get it, they only pour lukewarm liquids intoit with your ice and it melts immediately mixing you know you’re still drinking a lukewarm drink and they do not have Diet Coke they only have zero or Coke. This is the worst all-inclusive trip I’ve ever taken.

Amazing place to stay with family. A lot of activities. I got premium package for 5 nights and it change everything. 5 star service with private areas with beach and restaurants. Food is exceptional once you get the package you get 2 restaurants for free.

Food poisoning the salads and cold meat seafood are not on ice and should be.It cost me 530 dollars to see a doctor and resort will not accept that it was here that I picked up this bug.I eat at the buffet Monday night and I was ill by Tuesday morning .The doctor advised me not to drink the water in the buffet dining room which was to hot as there was many fans working. There was other people ill that week as well which the resort will not take sny notice of so iam bringing light the situation. The resort is clean ie rooms etc but I will not return due to the resorts attitude to my complaint.
