Good music, friendly people, clean rooms, food was good, extremly beautiful beach

We had a great experience! My family enjoyed their time at Viva very much. The Vivitos kids club was my kids’ favorite and they had so much fun. All of the kids club staff was very nice and friendly.

Overall the vacation can be improved because the beach is very beautiful but the restaurant is dirty, there is too much people so that the pool is always dirty. The organization of activities can be improved by differentiating the activities. The entertainment people are very nice.

The mini club was amazing. The whole staff from Samantha who is amazing to Mey, Sara, and Eleonora. They are all wonderful with the kids and I felt very confident leaving my 4 year old in their hands. My daughter loved all the activities and how fun the staff made all the activities. My daughter asked to go to the kids club every single day and looked forward to interacting with the staff and other kids. It was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend it. Your kids will love it and you will get a little break! Thank you Samantha, Sara, Eleonora, and Mey for everything!

Very disappointed with our recent stay at Viva Wyndham Dominicus Beach from May 9–16, 2026. My family and I have been members since 2021, and unfortunately the quality of service has declined tremendously over the years. This trip was by far our worst experience. Approximately 80% of the staff treated us with rudeness, disrespect, and complete indifference. We never felt welcomed or valued as guests or members. The property maintenance was also extremely poor and unsafe. I suffered a fall after a balcony chair completely collapsed beneath me, and our room’s bathroom door barely opened or closed due to structural issues. To make matters worse, when my son and I became sick during our stay, my husband was told by a staff member that it “didn’t matter” if we went sick to the restaurant because we had already been around the hotel. That level of disregard for guest health and wellbeing was shocking. Our 13-year-old son was charged as an adult, yet there were virtually no activities available for teenagers. Many games and activities were labeled “adults only,” leaving teens with nothing appropriate to do. Even our departure experience on May 16 at 6 AM was terrible. We requested luggage assistance that never arrived, and when we finally reached the lobby ourselves, the employee who appeared treated us with a rude and dismissive attitude. We are deeply saddened because we truly wanted to continue enjoying our membership, but after repeated disappointing experiences in 2023, 2024, and now 2026, we no longer feel comfortable returning.
