Marc Lucas at concierge was extremely helpful and I nice smiling welcome when I arrived at 6am. He helped with my bags, got me up to check in, and offered me water, coffee, and gave me a banana. It’s the little things that go a long way. Thanks Marc!

Amazing hotel in a great location, nice chilled pools and very nice staff Breakfast had something for everyone

Hotel was nice for a downtown city hotel, well apportioned rooms and nice and clean. Reception was lovely helping us as we arrived 6 hours early for checkin, stored our bags, allowed us to use the amenities. The jingle in the lift always made us smile. But the best human part was when we stupidly left our JB transit plans to the last minute, no trains available, and Timothy called round all the cross border taxis to get us one sorted, and we made it on time. Huge thank you to Timothy, a real asset to your hotel.
