PARKROYAL on Beach Road

Wow, just wow! That is all I can say for my stay here 🤗

We had a Junior Club suite and Joseph and the crew in the Club lounge were just amazing. They made sure enjoyed our breakfasts and the evening food and drinks and the all day refreshments. We had a great room and enjoyed time in the huge swimming pool.

Our wedding banquet would not be a success without the extraordinary work in preparation, planning, organization and communication put in by our outstanding Wedding Manager, the very pleasant, diligent and supportive, Ms Xina Lim. Execution of the banquet was very well conducted by the inspiring Banquet Team consisting of Banquet Manager Mr Yao Quan and his team, Mr Jun Ming, Ms Selena and Mr Yussuf. A very capable, hardworking, attentive, detailed and friendly team who made our evening extremely memorable and ensured everything was perfect for us. We would like to thank the Chef Chong for the food which was excellent and portions generous. Hats off and a big Thank You to ParkRoyal on Beach Road and your incredible All-Star team for being there for us for our big day.

Room/suite for my wedding was very good. Amenities provided for the wedding couple was sufficient. The banquet manager Irvin helped with the planning and coordination pretty handily. My coordinator Delvin was also quite helpful throughout. Atmosphere during the banquet itself, along with lighting was great. Although, had some issue in changing table pax and not reducing count when filling up with seafood and halal option that they weren't as accommodating for. The bottle opener door gift, some were a bit rusted. But we highlighted that to both manager and coordinator which they will help in getting replacements/bring up to the supplier. On the other hand, the food was amazing and the guests loved it. Nothing to complain about cleanliness, location, noise level as nothing went wrong with those.

We recently spent some time at the Club Lounge and had an absolutely wonderful experience, in large part thanks to Joseph. From the moment we arrived, his warm and friendly demeanor made us feel completely at ease. He is naturally sociable and took the time to genuinely connect with us, all while ensuring our drinks and requests were handled perfectly. It is rare to find someone who balances seamless hospitality with such a welcoming, personable energy. Joseph truly elevated our entire visit, and we look forward to returning!
