So I arrived yesterday and I’m hating my stay. We start with the parking, it’s impossible to find a place to park outside without risking getting your car dented because the spots are so tight and narrow so if you own a nice car you are obliged to use their parking service… 19€ a day, yes 19€ daylight robbery which its the first thing I have to mention was not disclosed on the booking page. The hotel is basically a 12 store building with 4 elevators, we were out on the 11th so you can imagine… you want to go to the pool? (It’s a 300m/400m walk btw) you might have to wait 15/20m for an elevator that stops on every damn floor. Next, you booked all inclusive? Too bad if you don’t like to eat burguers or pizza all day because those are the options outside the main meals and it has to be on the pool otherwise go back up 400m and another elevator hell to the 8th floow and only after 17:00 to eat something remotely different than that. Jacuzzi and infinity pool? Only if you don’t have kids otherwise you’re confined to a single pool which again is 400m away. You see the nice photos with blue ocean and yellow sand? Photoshop. The beach is dark construction sand and ofcourse the water is not blue, it’s really dark actually. I feel totally scammed and I will leave this reviews on other platforms too.

Came here last year, rooms good, comfortable bed and a great view. Food very good plenty of choices some nice fish and meats. Fresh salad is lovely. Service at the bars is really poor always have to queue and staff are not particularly pleasant. Lifts take forever to come and when you eventually get one it goes everywhere other than where you want to be. Beds are worn and very uncomfortable. Evening entertainment poor made worse by bad mannered children running everywhere whilst parents scroll on their phones. Upon check out you are stripped of your all inclusive band which is not helpful if you have a late flight. Unfortunately after two visits I will not be returning.

Recently stayed in this hotel I don’t think I would return to this hotel the hotel was good can’t say anything wrong about that but the adults pool area was absolutely shocking not enough parasols and a few of them were broken and the Sunbed’s was so uncomfortable that we ended up having to buy a lilo to try to make the bed comfortable, the beds are so old and worn don’t think they updated them since the hotel was built, there was also a steel railing around the pool it felt like we were in a zoo we paid a lot of money for this hotel and we always stay by the pool so was very disappointed in what we got for our money , on a positive note the rooms were clean and the air conditioning was very good if ye only put money into actually fixing up your pool area it would be perfect
