Just returned from 4 nights here, had a great time. Our toddler loved the pool and all the slides. Good location Only a couple of minutes walk to the beach and about €7 in a taxi to the marina or a 30 min walk. Beds were comfy and food was good. Only downside is the pool closes at 7pm but that’s when the lifeguards shut the gate and leave they shut slides and turn everything off around 6.40pm and want you to leave very swiftly. Also dinner isn’t until 7.30pm which is very late when you’ve got a toddler and entertainment is late too everything could do with being a hour earlier. Great hotel though. Would recommend

We took our 10 year old and 2 year old… it was ok, the food wasn’t brilliant and I do think the breakfast lunch and dinner times are far too late. You can get snacks through out the day but no fruit or veggies for the kids in the day time just chips with various things like toasters and hot dogs (which were not great) lady on the snack counter was a dream! So lovely! Only amazing thing I have to say about the snack bar. The little pool with the smalls slides was ridiculously cold even though the weather was great! Rooms were average. Beds weren’t overly comfortable but did the job. Entertainment for the kids was ok, our 10 year old was not interested but our 2 year old enjoyed it most of the time. Would we go again? Probably not no… it was a good starter for a first family holiday since the arrival of our youngest but I wouldn’t waste what we paid knowing there are more formidable places for the same price (or even better) I would consider looking elsewhere first and this one as a 3rd 4th maybe even 5th option!

This hotel is fantastic for kids (mine age 5 & 7). The animation team are wonderful, super kind, enthusiastic, energetic, work incredibly long hours. The cleaning staff are all over everything. The place is beautifully maintained. I’m not a drinker so I can’t comment on the alcohol but the food is also wonderful. 10/10 for location. Highly recommend and I will definitely return!!

We are still here. Pros Reception and restaurant staff nice and friendly Rooms are nice and aircon welcomed Food is lovely. We had lunch instead of evening meal and were impressed. Slides are brilliant Cons Queues Queues Queues!!! Queues for bar, queues for the snack bar. This was not what id expect at all for 4 star. Totally unacceptable. One person serving this afternoon and you have a wait of at least 15 mins to get 1 drink. Glad I didnt pay for all inclusive or id be fuming. No wonder they get 2 drinks at a time. Queues for lifts. 3 lifts in a hotel so big and 1 not working. Long wait for lifts. Im so glad I dont have kids and pram with me this holiday. Wouldn't recommend if you have a toddler in a pram Cleaners aren't great, came in made beds and didnt replenish toilet rolls. We had none at all left and had to go to reception to ask for some We are enjoying our stay bit wouldn't return and id definitely avoid in August. Its such a shame as it really does have potential.
