Family friendly, excellent pools, clean rooms, nice atmosphere and food satisfactory / good xXx

We stayed here in 2024 and absolutely loved it. Honestly, we couldn’t fault a thing. Last year we stayed somewhere else and instantly regretted it because it just didn’t compare, so coming back this year was a no-brainer. This time there were 11 of us, including my parents and my sister’s family, and we were all so excited. Unfortunately, I’m really sad to say it just wasn’t the same, and there have been some changes that have massively let it down. The biggest disappointment by far was the food. To say the options are bare minimum would be an understatement. There was practically nothing for kids, and all three of mine ended up living on plain pasta. If you don’t like fatty pork or fish, you’re pretty much stuck. There were no real themes, very little variety, and honestly, nothing seemed to go together. We’re very easily pleased when it comes to food, but even we struggled. The new token system for drinks is just ridiculous and causes unnecessary stress, and not having ice creams included in the all-inclusive anymore was another disappointment. For a 4-star hotel, not having a kettle in the room or anywhere to grab a coffee in the morning before breakfast opens is poor, and the price to use the safe is just silly. There was also a definite fly problem, which was extremely annoying. Another thing that really upset me was our last morning. At 10:30am, with checkout not until 11am, the cleaner had emptied our belongings into bin bags and wouldn’t let us back into our room. She didn’t speak English, so I couldn’t explain the situation, and my daughter, who has autism, really struggled with the fact that a stranger had been through all her things. It was an awful end to our holiday and something that really shouldn't have happened. I will give credit where it’s due, though. The pools are lovely, and the kids had a brilliant time in them. Overall, in my opinion, the hotel has gone downhill massively. I’m genuinely gutted to be writing this because two years ago I couldn’t have recommended it enough. We came back expecting the same amazing experience and left feeling really disappointed. Sadly, based on this stay, I wouldn’t recommend it, which is such a shame because we really wanted to love it as much as we did before.

Went with my 11 year old daughter for 5 nights. The hotel is nice enough, however a few points let it down for me. The food at evening mealtimes was really poor, barely warm, poor choices, struggled for my daughter to have something hot other than chips. Breakfast was fine, good selection, lunch we used the snack bar, which was warm! The bottom pool was like a fridge, unless the sun was out and it was a little more bearable. Flumes were good, daughter enjoyed them. No big deal for sunbeds but did have to wait until 10am for the pool to open, so no mad rush to get a sunbed and tbh there was always sunbeds available. Safety deposit box is charged at over €11 a day plus a €10 deposit, so within minutes of arriving I had spent €60. Room was fine for the 2 of us, although I found the bed uncomfortable. Took around 40 minutes to walk to the marina along the beachfront, which was lovely. Plenty restaurants and bars along the way. Short transfer to airport. Overall wouldn't return, we made the most of it but definitely felt there could be a lot of changes. Not a 4 star in my eyes, compared to other 4 stars I have been to, this hotel was much poorer for the reasons above.

Jose Carlos and juan are amazing, Very friendly and helpful. Thank you for being so welcoming. Definitely made the holiday extra special. Atmosphere was brilliant, drinks are great. Really enjoyed my time here. Would definitely recommend and come back again!! Thank you for everything ☺️

Wouldn't return. Definitely not 4*, more 3* basic apartments. Room for 3 adults and 1 child is absolute horrendous. A double and single pushed together with very little room to move. No kettle or iron in room. Fridge isn't cold. You cannot get a sunbed unless your willing to que up 2 hours before opens. Food is rank not much choice. Very far walk to marina and main centre. Only positive about this hotel is how good slide pool is for children.
