H10 Estepona Palace

Poor Quality rooms described as "SUPERIOR" but only basic and in need of a refresh broken furniture and dodgy looking electrics. stayed in quite a few H10 hotels all good quality but not the Estapona Palace. food and staff was outstanding.

Not good enough it's very tired hotel I can't believe people leave 5 star ⭐ as they must have stopped in a different hotel to me won't be going again 😔

Stayed here for in July for two weeks. The hotel is very clean and tidy and the staff are extremely hard-working and very friendly. On those days we stayed at the pool, we always managed to get a few loungers (although we may just have been lucky). The rooms were reasonably spacious and cleaned every day and the food was fresh and of a good standard. The hotel also has table tennis, pool tables and a padle court which can be used. The location is right on the beach and is fairly quiet. As already noted in other reviews, the nearest shop is a small garage that really just keeps a few drinks and limited selection of sweets etc. While it doesn't take too long to walk to Estepona's port, it should be noted that it is around a 30/40 min walk to get to the old town where the restaurants etc., are and about three miles to the local bus terminus if you want to get buses towards Marbella etc. Helpfully, there's a bus stop almost outside the hotel where local buses run every 30mins or so through the town and out to the terminus (costing around 1.20 Eur per person). We used these quite often to get in to the centre of Estepona. Overall, really enjoyed the hotel and would consider returning if we were back in Estepona.

We love this hotel! All the staff are so friendly and so kind. We have a 5 & 7 year old and our 7 year old is autistic. It is so inclusive and nothing is too much trouble for the team here. The hotel is really clean. A little bit of maintenance needs doing, the carpets leading to all the rooms need replacing but it's a large hotel on the sea so there will always be something that needs doing. There's a beautiful beach attached to the hotel, the town is a very short walk. We came last year for 10 days and had such an amazing time we booked for 2 weeks this year. There is a kids club which we don't use but your children can still enjoy a film night, the daisy disco and pool activities. The daisy disco features lots of Spanish songs, it's lovely! We wanted to find a resort that didn't feel like Britain in Spain. We wanted to find somewhere that Spanish people holiday and we found it! If you want a lovely relaxing resort break with your family and to not see many British people this is the place for you!

We are just back from a five day break with our family of 9 staying at the hotel. The hotel is lovely staff work very hard and are very pleasant. The hotel is not near any supermarkets there is a garage about 10 mins walk away where you can get water and cans. We spent a significant amount of money on three rooms we had two young children age 2 and 5 in our party and a departure time of 645am. The hotel has recently changed its policy re providing breakfast if your checkout is before 7.00am they offer no breakfast.I was shocked that there was nothing offered to us not even fruit croissants or a bottle of water. This could very easily have been put in a bag kept in a fridge overnight and given by the night staff on departure. For a four star hotel it is shameful particularly for people with young children that nothing is made available to them. I went and spoke to the quality experience manager and had asked if our breakfast could be taken off our final bill she declined and said they were supplying breakfast that morning but we wouldn’t be there to eat it!! I found her response submissive. This ruined what would have been a great holiday and I would ask the hotel management to re look at this policy.
