Riu Nautilus

Once again the RIU Nautilus delivers a wonderful guest experience. What stands out is the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff which creates a welcoming atmosphere. About to be refurbished I hope that the RIU Nautilus retains its welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Whilst all staff demonstrate a positive approach I want to mention in particular Lydia, Ruth, Fernando and Javi (Think I got the name right!). They are a credit not only to this hotel but to the RIU organisation and their contribution to delivering fantastic guest experience should be recognised and rewarded. Good luck with the refurbishment and I look forward to staying at the Nautilus in the future. Just one thing, as part of the refurbishment think about getting some new sunbeds.

Top class hotel room very spacious with everything we needed. Bed very comfortable. Staff including cleaners restaurent staff and receptionists excellent. Situated in a lovely area. My only advice would be if there was a television section for sports enthusiasts as my husband loves his sports. Breakfast and Dinner couldn't have been better. Great selection of top class food.Hopefully we will make another trip there

This is our 8th time at this fabulous hotel with very helpful and friendly staff especially Marco and Rocio in restaurant, Xavier and his reception staff, all bar staff and housekeepers. Location is great as marina in one direction and Torremolinos in other. Rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. Food is amazing with so much choice, something for everyone. Evening entertainment usually very good but our favourite has to be mama Kath, she has amazing voice and had audience participating, excellent show. Looking forward to returning next year after refurbishment 😊

It is due for a refurbishment next month and not before time. This review is probably too late to have any effect but if it is not too late for you to switch hotels then I suggest you do so. I wish I had done more research before booking. It is a two star at best

Second time we have been here and just as good as the first time..the reception and all of the staff are excellent and extremely welcoming..we stayed in the annex this time and the rooms are lovely and big and immaculately clean…food was a great selection every night and did the tapas restaurant that was really good..some decent entertainment with elvis who we enjoyed but the best by far was mamma cath who was not only a great singer but so funny with it..not really a hotel for the young ones because would say average age was 65-75..couple of minor gripes were the sunbeds uncomfortable with no cushioned top. But we just went on the beach every day and the seats in the entertainment room are poorly arranged were you face away from the stage for lots of them.luckily we were outside for 6 of the shows..but still had a lovely time there.
