Riu Palace Nautilus

Another lovely stay at the Nautilus, 2nd time this year, food great, staff are lovely and work so hard. The cleaning staff are always about too. Looking forward to going back next year. Only small niggle is the courtesy shower rooms, it would be better if you could book a slot, rather than having to just queue out in the heat, also I had to go hunting for towels as there were none there which I was told there would be, its nothing major you just feel under pressure when people are waiting. But like I say all staff are great and helpful and the location is perfect for sightseeing and walking.

Having previously stayed 3 times we where waiting in anticipation on the recent renovations and yes just stunning! As soon as you walk in you can see the difference everything top notch Couple of niggles though Cooking stations get absolutely rammed, obviously at certain times of the day, food definitely gone up a notch Sunbeds are unfortunately way to crammed and still not comfortable

Just returned from an 11 night stay at the riu palace nautilus, this was our 2nd visit the first being before the refurb. The hotel was amazing before but it's even better now, we have stayed at several hotels in the Costa del sol and this is by far our favourite. I firstly want to give a very special mention to the housekeeping/cleaning and ground staff, the whole hotel is absolutely spotless, all the public areas, the rooms and the pool area, if you went around with white gloves on you wouldn't find any dust or dirt ANYWHERE. The staff are all amazing, we were met with a smile and a friendly greeting every time we saw them, they are all a credit to hotel,the restaurant staff were extremely attentive, I would like to give a special mention to Miguel who looked after us in the restaurant every day that he was there. We will definitely be back. Keep up the excellent work that you are doing.

2nd visit to this fabulous hotel this year. Cannot fault it. All staff are very friendly and greet you with a smile. A really good selection of food in the buffet restaurant for both breakfast and dinner. The rooms are very spacious and kept really clean and always fresh towels etc whenever you want. Just a stones throw from the beach and a nice stroll to the Marina or in the other direction to Torremolinos. It's so nice we have booked again for end of November and looking forward to this holiday.

We love this hotel, the staff always smile and are friendly. The food is excellent, the rooms are lovely and have everything you need. The only negative comment is about the entertainment, the same acts are on the same day of the week, every week so if you go for 2 weeks or longer this is disappointing. Some of the acts are good but they say the same script and play the same songs. Mama Cath is great but once during you holiday is enough, Elvis is good but again once is enought. The guy who plays on Saturday night is boring and Il Sono is not great and they are there every week. These acts were there last year. We are going again in September as we love the place but know our first night there will be Elvis :( We want to book for 2 holidays in 2027 but will the entertainment be changed, a bit more variation would be good, please
