Friendly helpful knowledgeable reception staff. The Lobby Staff are amazing. Very very friendly always a pleasure to be served by them. Makes us feel like we are family members. Maria Jose and the other lady always paid us lovely attention, having a laugh and always happy with everyone. No issues too much trouble. The cleaners are excellent too. The dining room staff are friendly and helpful. The food is very good, with a wide range of options and varieties available 😀

Hotel staff were excellent , from reception , bar staff and dining room service to room service and cleanliness we couldn't praise them enough. Great choice of food as well and the New Year party was fantastic with great entertainment and food on offer, all in our inclusive booking. Unfortunately we didn't get the weather we'd hoped for, but hit or miss that time of year I suppose. Would definitely return in the warmer months.
