This hotel is located in the middle of nowhere. It is surrounded by private houses so there is no town to stroll around in the evening. The hotel does run a free bus to Puerto Banus a few times daily. Our room on the 6th floor of F blockwas quiet, comfortable, modern with views along the coast. What was really disappointing was the abysmal standard of the hot food during our two week stay. Awful, poor quality, tasteless and recycled until it disintegrated in a mess. The worst food we've ever had in an all inclusive resort. The free wine is undrinkable, vinegar really. The beach side restaurant is mostly junk food with birds eating off plates that have not been cleared away due to too few stsff. On the plus side the salad selection is good with selections of veg, cold meats, cheeses and the desserts are also ok. There is a beach, hardly used, but bring some water shoes as large stones extend 20 to 30 mtrs from the waters edge. This was our first stay in a Globales hotel. We'll not be booking another.

We stayed at this hotel. 2 adjoining rooms in the Menorca block which was perfect. No noise at night. Kids loved slides, kids club, disco, bingo. The food was fab. We attended the restaurant for breakfast which I recommend getting up early for as its quite busy at 10am. Especially to Q for pancakes. 9am was an ideal time. Great selection for kids - pancakes, Healthy options- Greek yoghurt, fruit, seeds. Full breakfast and baked goods. We loved the restaurant on the beach for lunch which served rotisserie chicken everyday with the friendliest lady serving fresh pizzas. Huge selection of salads. Also chips nuggets etc. We booked in advance with reception everyday for the themed dinners in beach restaurant. Italian, Asian, Mexican, seafood all highly recommended. We would go down here for 7pm and up to the kids disco for 8.30pm. Rrgarding The All Inclusive drinks the white and red wine on tap was awful so we bought a bottle per night at €18 50. The gin and beer on all inclusive was perfect as was the brandy. The staff everywhere from reception to entertainment, restaurant and cleaning staff were all so helpful and friendly. Every morning we would put our make up room card outside go to breakfast and come back to a clean room with beds made. The memory foam mattresses were so comfortable and we all slept very well. We ventured into Estepona €20 in an Uber but there is enough going on in hotel to never leave. Highly recommend booking this hotel. If management read this you might consider a better wine option (especially by the glass which we have got in similar hotels on All Inclusive). We plan on returning for Easter.

Food was terrible, no control over any of the food, staff in kitchen over worked. Plates regularly run out as did cups, paper cup then provided. Coffee machines produce awful drinks and with only a few machines queues were very long. Restaurant was like a free for all mess, with poor quality food being thrown out as fast a few staff could mange and kids putting there fingers in very thing. Room was clean but nothing in it. No bath room amenities, no coffee or tea or kettle in room. No sound proofing in rooms, regularly woken by people above making too much noise in the early hours. Kids club was non existent. Asking the one staff member in the single room kids club with no resources what was on I was rudely got asked to view the schedule on the wall that didn't really have anything for kids. Later on found the same person giving how to make sangria lesson. Went to the play ground with our child and within second found lots of cigarette butts, tissues, waste and glass in the sand, left immediately. The all inclusive was a joke you had to pay for water ice cream etc. the alcohol they served was red and white wine from a bar tap both tasted disgusting. We tried other drinks also bad and we realised after have a few drinks there was no effect as if all drinks were watered down. What saved our visit was an Aldi up the road where we got food and real drinks. While there each day we found may hotel guest doing the same as us, buy food and drink. The room was very sparse but was cleaned each day by staff that smoked vapes while cleaning. I could go on but I think this is more than enough.

Staff absolutely amazing friendly helpful and polite, all staff available if needed, all water slides available to use and pools, will definitely be returning

The holiday was fantastic helped by the weather, I have two complaints the first is that the room was only cleaned once in seven days the other is that we only had one bath towel all week this is after asking 4 times 2 at reception and 2 to the house made in the corridor out side my room.
