TUI SUNEO Globales Cortijo Blanco

Well what a lovely stay! The staff at this hotel work hard for the benefit of customers! Despite an oct break hotel was super busy. Speed of service in buffet restaurant was excellent. Food was varied overall and desserts were of a high standard, no complaints. They do best desert mousse ever. Entertainment staff were really good. Liam tui rep was super! 'Angel' in reception and his staff were very friendly. Big team effort from all at the hotel. San Pedro worth a visit nearby and Puerto Banus.

We first visited this hotel in 2011 and must have enjoyed our stay as we made further visits in 2017 & 2019. We had good holidays so made a return visit this year. The entertainment team worked hard and it was good to see Antonio still working his magic behind the bar (would have liked to have seen Manoli again but were sorry to hear she is off work awaiting hospital treatment) Another enjoyable holiday with the only negative being our room. We had booked a room with balcony but were given a ground floor room (1056) with a view of nothing but trees, (see photo'). We still enjoyed our stay and were lucky our visit coincided with the ferria which is well worth visiting. Room was comfortable, food was plentiful with lots of choices, evening entertainment was reasonable. Would we visit again? Probably, as the chance of getting the same view would be highly unlikely.

TBF we were warned before we arrived on previous reviews that the food was not very good and bland , and after visiting the hotel last week we have to agree with their reviews, but we actually think it was worse than bland . The drinks were okay on a positive point so ate out most times . On the times we ate in we stuck to the chips which were edible and bland pizza , sometimes not cooked tho again disappointed but what bothered us most was ( see picture ) the owner wanders around the restaurant wearing a red wrist band disguised as a guest holding either a glass or a plate and he is horrible to a lot of the staff, some do get on all right with him mainly the old ones but in general he is a bully so you can see why a lot of the staff don’t seem bothered working for him which lets the hotel down , Antonio the barman is by far the nicest being there 28 years , summing up the hotel is a franchise of Globales and not up to their standards nor the standards of a Suneo TUI . There is not enough good food to eat the snack bar is a waste of time horrible, would I return ? NO! but yes to the Globales in Menorca much much better

Lovely and clean. Most staff are lovely and friendly. Brilliant choice of pools, this was our second visit here and this time we found the quiet pool and it was just gorgeous. Entertainment was brilliant. Lots of activities going on throughout the day. The bar is in perfect position. The surroundings are beautiful. The rooms are basic but that’s all you really need. The location isn’t great but plenty buses or taxis to take you where you want to go. Excellent value for money. The food, it’s pretty much the same food lunch and dinner. But there’s always something for everyone to eat. Could do with a bit more flavour. I dont rate the snack bar. BBQ is great. Our room was right next to the entertainment stage so can be very noisy but we enjoyed it and everything stops by 12am. We’re already looking to book for next year.

Nice hotel, pleasant staff, had a photo shoot with salvatore, fantastic experience, we all had so much fun and the pictures were amazing
