Alua Boccaccio

The hotel were welcoming and friendly. The hotel was very clean , the food was very good. Not as much selection as i am used to but i normally go to larger hotels. So maybe why. The porridge oats were just in a dish uncooked and no way to cook them? . There was only one all inclusive bar open late and would get a large queue. Would be better if they kept the pool bar open late to. But we had a lovely holiday. I would recommend going there if a group of adults as there isn’t much for kids there.

Do not book all inclusive.. You have restrictions as to where you can drink and , unless you pay for a drink at the lobby bar you cannot sit outside. I would look elsewhere if using this hotel as your main holiday as I have never been to a hotel that puts restrictions in where you can go ..... The only area to get a drink is from poolside bar until 19.00 , but this is drinking out of plastic horrible beakers on a token basis . Then after 19.00 you then have only one choice the Aqua Bar or the La Luna Bar where you have to pay AND you are not allowed to take your All Inclusive drinks to sit outside with the paying customers. I have travelled the world and to Spain many times , but this is a rip off paying for a seat . I understand topping up to a premium guest , but this is not an option , just pure greed from the management. Do your homework and definitely look for alternatives. Everything needs a deposit, kettle, iron, towels and there are no cups or milk or coffee in your room. Disappointed to say the least ....

Really nice hotel! We stayed all inclusive for 5 nights. Food was good (can get a little repetitive as most all inclusives can so we had a few meals out) Drinks selection really good. Staff all very friendly and enjoyed the entertainment especially the bingo throughout the day! Rooms are on the smaller side as stated in other reviews but really clean and modern with good air con so no problems for us. Really good location near the beach and all the shops, having the lake next to the hotel to walk round and sit and have meals looking onto it was lovely! Would definitely recommend if staying in Alcudia

This is a really lovely hotel, everywhere the staff are helpful, polite and efficient. We had an upgrade to a family room, beds were very comfy and air con worked really well, not a fan of the toilet which is basically a cubicle in the room which isn’t fully enclosed at the top either. We were all inclusive and the choice of drinks were excellent, food was very nice and plentiful with lots of choice, does get a bit ‘samey’ after five days but that’s the same as any all inclusive hotel. Pool and area is very clean and tidy, plenty of sunbeds without any sunbed wars.

We went for 3 nights anniversary holiday, and thankfully it wasn't any longer. The hotel is clean and staff very pleasant. But everything else was poor!. This is the first hotel I've ever stayed in when l didn't like the food. The fish was slimey, funny taste, coffee was awful, that's when you were allowed one because they switched the machines off. Or you can have one from the pool bar in a horrible plastic paper like cup. The salad bar had a hair in the gherkins, and flying flys around it. The deserts were cheap cream cakes. Rooms very small with single beds pushed together and rock hard pillow. But it was clean because the cleaners were excellent at their job's. Anyway moral to this review is if you want basic hotel, and don't go al-inclusive at best it's a 2 star!
