Having just returned from a week’s holiday staying with two friends at the hotel. We did pay the extra for My Favourite Club. The rooms were very clean and had everything you need for the holiday shower and bathroom facilities were good with shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand wash and moisturiser included. Beds and pillows were very comfortable . The reception staff very all very friendly and helpful. The reception area very lovely to sit and relax on comfortable sofas and chairs whilst having a quiet drink after dinner. The entertainment was good and not too loud. The pool and pool bar were good. Nice drinks and lovely ice cream. We did not eat at the pool so cannot comment on the food. The food in the restaurant was good. Always something we liked. The desserts were delicious. As we were My Favourite Club. We had our own lounge area with food and drinks - lovely. We also had our own section by the pool, with sun loungers just for us. We were in room 918 on the top floor and the views from balcony were amazing. We did not try the vertigo bar as , even though we were My Favourite Club all inclusive we still had to pay for drinks up there. I feel these drinks should be available to the my favourite club guests. All staff through out hotel including the cleaning and maintenance staff were very friendly. The negative - the my favourite club areas in the lobby bar, the restaurant and sun loungers by pool were not checked on. It was most annoying that we paid extra for these areas and yet other guests who had not upgraded were still using these facilities anyway. It may be worthwhile for a member of staff to just check in this perhaps once every couple of hours. Also it may be better for the my favourite club guests to have a different colour wrist band and different colour pool towels, as we have had in other hotels, so the staff can quickly notice if some guests are using facilities they have not already paid for. I would recommend this hotel for a lovely quiet holiday. Just book it and see. We went with Jet2. I only saw the rep once but didn’t find her very helpful. Also,due to how far it is from the airport, I definitely recommend booking a taxi for the transfer. The transfer by coach on way there was three hours due to waiting for some people at the airport. Because of this we booked a taxi back which cost 104 euros and well worth it. It took an hour Just go and enjoy it

It’s a top notch hotel with great clean rooms great staff great food a great beach just down a couple of steps. Bars and food is everywhere. Go there and I promise you will have a great break.

What a beautiful place to spend a chilled out week. The welcome on arrival from the lovely Charlotte on reception to the accommodating and pleasant staff everywhere we went ensured we felt welcomed constantly. The room was spotless and subsequently spotlessly cleaned every day. The communal areas were also well maintained and clean. There was plenty of food choice available at each meal (my only issue would be the lack of labels on the breakfast pastries after my friend accidentally picked up a meat and cheese one). I found that there are enough salad/vegetable/meat and fish options for main meals and dessert treats for those with a sweet tooth. Fresh bread available at every meal and dishes topped up quickly when they ran out. The animation team were hilarious (as much as we tried to avoid them they caught us on our last day with a shuffleboard match)! One observation was that there was a large queue after lunch and evening meals (particularly evening meal) with a lot of people wanting hot drinks. The machines in the restaurant are switched off after breakfast so unavailable for lunch and evening meal but maybe a machine set up in the lobby for this like they have at the pool might limit queueing. I would absolutely recommend this hotel, particularly if you didn't want to be too close to a town. There is a small beach which isn't attached to the hotel but you can access from the pool area via steps. There is also a bus an hour to the nearest town which takes about 25/30 mins and runs on the hour.

Great hotel, good food, good drinks, good rooms, nice location. Nice walk into main town available also. Pool and beach fab.

We are sitting in reception waiting for our transfer after the most wonderful 7 days at this amazing hotel. From the minute we got here the staff were fabulous, our junior suite room 101 was spotlessly clean with a fantastic view. Shower in bathroom had great pressure and always had hot water. The staff in the restaurant were polite and worked non stop clearing tables and the chefs kept the food coming, yes it could be same but always tasted great. The pool area was also always spotless and there are plenty of beds for everyone so no getting up at stupid o’clock to reserve one. Nano and Baldo were great entertainment aqua bring especially good fun. Snacks and drinks always available Gutted to be leaving thank you for a wonderful stay
