Staff don't listen to what. You want as to busy talking to each other food most of it was Cold and loads of things broke on the hotel

I would like to take the opportunity to provide a positive review of the staff and overall experience. From start to finish, the team were welcoming, attentive, and ensured that everyone was well looked after. The food and drinks were catered to a high standard, with a good variety available to suit everyone’s preferences and needs. The entertainment was also excellent, providing enjoyment for all and creating a warm and inclusive atmosphere throughout the stay. The bedroom was clean, comfortable, and maintained to a very high standard, with daily cleaning ensuring everything remained fresh and tidy. Overall, it was an amazing stay. The effort and care shown by the staff did not go unnoticed, and I would definitely return in the future.

Lovely hotel, amazing staff and right next to the beach. Pool was nice, bar was busy with queues, but staff were super quick serving us. Food was excellent and really like the Hyatt chain, and this kept with the same theme standards wise. 3* hotel and definitely at least a 3* - would recommend!

This is the 3rd time I’ve stayed at this hotel. And for the price you pay it is very good value for money. All the staff are absolutely lovely and friendly The food is very good with lots to choose from.

Can't fault the hotel had a great week A very chilled holiday with great entertainment, food was good and a good location
