Very good experience at this hotel! We booked a sea view room, and were on the 7th floor. The views were lovely. Our room was clean and very spacious. The door out on the balcony could do with a bit of WD40 (bit stiff!). Our room was tucked away, so did not have many issues with noise. But, I could see if you had a more central room, it could be quite loud at night. The food and drinks were spot on. Didn’t do much queuing all holiday! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Not a lot to do in the local area. We hired a car and drove around the north east of the island. The atmosphere was very good in the evenings. It would be better if the entertainment started a little sooner and lasted longer. My only criticism that comes to mind is the music played during the day is VERY repetitive. At one point a Christmas song came on! Overall, good hotel that is budget friendly!

Nice hotel. Up on cliffs - so a bit of a walk down to the nearest beach. If you are of low mobility probably not the best resort to go to. Staff all helpful - apart from the female bar staff by the pool - she is horrific - really pleasant to Spanish holiday makers - not so the British! - ignored me on several occasions, bypassing me to go onto the next person waiting, even when I was in an actual queue, not just congregated at the bar. Food 0K - plenty of variety - nothing really to complain about regarding the choices. Pizza, pasta, plenty of fish (even though I don't eat fish), meat, salads, cheeses. The fresh fruit (apples, peaches, bananas etc) looked a bit worse for wear - not sure how long they had been sat there for. We arrived in the early hours, but the hotel had left some food out for us - which was a nice touch. Had a sea view room - which was nice. only 2 sockets in bedroom - but thats not a major issue. Bathroom had an extra area for makeup and a socket for a hairdryer (there was a hairdryer in the room too) - a good mirror, and a stool which was nice. Overall a nice stay - just had a few days - but a good battery re-charge.

3rd time visiting this hotel but will sadly be our last. The staff and food were once again fantastic but the hotel is very very tired looking and the rooms in need of some desperate upgrading. The pool area is also needing some attention the staff at the restaurant, Agua bar and reception were very friendly as always but the lifeguard not so much, what a grumpy sod. If you are thinking of traveling to this area with children I wouldn't book this hotel. No floaties allowed in the pool whatsoever, even children's ones but grown men can throw balls from one end of the pool to other with nothing said to them, I got hit 3 times with one but they were still allowed to continue to play. Not much activities for the kids, didn't see any kids discos in the evening and entertainment for adults didn't start until 9.30 and all over by 10.30. we went out quite a few nights but there's not much really going on up in the strup area just a handful of bars mostly with sport on and a karaoke bar. This place does hold a special place for my husband and I as it was our first holiday together 9 years ago and everything is exactly the same, if definitely needs improvement.

My husband, daughter, and I have just returned from our third consecutive stay at this wonderful hotel, and once again we had an absolutely fabulous holiday.The staff are exceptional from start to finish. Whether it’s the reception team, chefs, bar staff, housekeeping, or guest services, everyone goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and valued. One of the main reasons we continue to return year after year is the consistently relaxed and friendly atmosphere, which makes it so easy to unwind and enjoy our stay.The food is excellent, with a fantastic variety of choices and plenty available at every meal. The rooms are always spotless, and the hotel’s location is perfect.During our stay, we returned to our room to find a thoughtful surprise: a plate of fresh fruit, two glasses, a bottle of sparkling wine, and a lovely card thanking us for our loyalty. This kind gesture from Aida Lamora in Guest Services was completely unexpected and very much appreciated. Thank you so much for making our holiday even more special.I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. We always leave feeling refreshed, positive, and looking forward to our next visit.Thank you to everyone for another wonderful holiday. xx

I went the beginning of September 2026 , room overlooked the only pool , big mistake , if your looking for peace and tranquility this is not the place for you ! But if you like African and Spanish rap music played at max volume so it’s distorted this is the place for you ! Wanted to sit round the pool and relax and dip in the pool for a nice swim but overcrowded with couples canoodling or throwing balls ! The music drove me insane , I couldn’t wait to leave! Food was ok but like warm and I was very limited being a coeliac basically lived on salad and cheese , the rooms are ok but the bed felt like a concrete slab me and my friend both ended up with bad backs and necks ! The staff not that friendly , you almost feel the resentment towards us English , the area is quite boring there’s a shopping centre but it’s just full of tourist tat , I’ve visited Mallorca many times and I would not visit this area or hotel ever again !’
