Nice and clean the food was fantastic for a 3 star hotel The pool was warm once you got in If you got the bed early I'd recommend having a room over looking the street As the entertainment can be loud I would definitely recommend this hotel

Writing We really enjoyed our holiday overall. All of the staff were very helpful, friendly and attentive. Food: Breakfast was good, and the snack bar was fine if you like fried food, with options such as pizza, onion rings, burgers and hot dogs. Lunch and dinner had similar options, with pork and chicken featuring almost daily. Although there were themed evenings, much of the buffet was still quite similar. I’m a fussy eater, but I managed to find something to eat most days. There were just two evenings when I struggled and ended up having a chip butty for dinner! Both my son and I have allergies. Some food wasn't labelled, or labels had occasionally been moved, so we simply avoided anything we weren't sure about. However, the hygiene standards seemed good, particularly around eggs, fish and meat, and we had no concerns about cross-contamination. Accommodation: The accommodation is dated, but we knew this before booking. Unfortunately, we did have a few issues with the room door and balcony door. The balcony door had to be physically lifted every time we wanted to open it, which was inconvenient. There was also quite a lot of noise, which could be disruptive, particularly for other guests. We chose not to leave valuables in the room because we'd read reports of items allegedly being taken from rooms, although we personally had no issues during our stay. Overall: For the price we paid, we had an enjoyable holiday and felt that the hotel offered good value for money. The only thing that genuinely upset me during the holiday was an issue involving the pool rules. A two-person inflatable had initially been agreed for another guest, despite the hotel's clear no-inflatables policy. The hotel initially seemed to bend over backwards to accommodate the situation, but permission was later revoked after the person was seen in the pool with it. Unfortunately, this resulted in a lot of conflict, as the guest continued to challenge the rules. I appreciate that the hotel was trying to be accommodating, but I think clear rules should be applied consistently to everyone. This was the only significant negative experience during what was otherwise an enjoyable holiday.

This three star all inclusive hotel exceeded our expectations. The hotel was clean well laid out the food and bar were well stocked and the food choice was varied. The entertainment was thorough and fun throughout the day highly recommend for a budget Holiday.

Location fantastic close enough away but near enough for a nice walk I to the town. The hotel staff made the atmosphere brilliant and treated you like you were part of the family. Roo.s great and always loads of sundowners and seating on the terrace

Don't normally do All Inclusive Holidays due to repetitive menus. The food was absolutely lovely from Breakfast and throughout the Whole day. Rooms were nice and big and cleaned daily . Will be returning without a doubt
