AluaSun Continental Park

This hotel is amazing, I was blown away with the food! Coming from a chef, the food was top quality, and beautifully presented at every meal! Location is great, 4 min walk to beach, great activities all day for adults and children. Comfortable beds, air con lovely. Cant fault this hotel at all, will be returning for sure.

We had a very good stay at AluaSun Continental Park in Platja de Muro. We travelled as a large family group with both adults, teenagers and a 4-year-old, and the hotel worked very well for all of us. The location is excellent, with the beach only a short walk away and easy access to shops, buses and activities around Alcúdia and Platja de Muro. We stayed on All Inclusive, which made the holiday much easier with a big group. There was a good selection of food and drinks throughout the day, and it was especially convenient when travelling with children. The hotel was a great base for our holiday, whether we were spending the day by the pool, going to the beach, visiting Alcúdia or heading out for activities. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely consider staying at AluaSun Continental Park again when returning to Mallorca. A very good choice for families and larger groups.

We were particularly impressed with the food. Breakfast was varied every day and offered a good selection of cheese, salami, ham, fish, grilled chicken, as well as boiled and fried eggs. There were also various hot dishes that changed daily. Lunch and dinner also offered a wide and varied selection. For lunch, there were different pasta dishes as well as plain pasta, with a choice of three different sauces. There was also soup with bread or croutons, as well as various freshly prepared dishes with vegetables, fish or meat and different sauces. Dinner also included various hot dishes every day. Fish, as well as chicken and pork, were available daily. On certain days, there was also turkey, either roasted or marinated, grilled beef, or beef prepared in another style. On one evening, there was even grilled salmon. The homemade pizza was also very tasty. It was offered daily with a variety of toppings. There was also a good selection of fresh vegetables, allowing guests to prepare their own salads, including tomatoes, cucumbers, red cabbage and onions. Green olives and various pickled side dishes were also available in abundance. The dessert selection mainly consisted of different cakes and cream desserts, jelly, fresh fruit and ice cream. The beach is very close to the hotel, and numerous shops are also within easy walking distance. In my opinion, the pool is a little small for the number of guests. However, it was never overcrowded during our entire stay, so we did not consider this to be a major problem. The bar offers a good selection of drinks and cocktails. The cleanliness of the public areas was also very good. The area around the pool was cleaned and washed every day, so everything looked well maintained and clean. We would especially like to highlight the staff. All the employees were exceptionally friendly, polite and professional. We were always treated very kindly and respectfully at reception as well. We experienced no problems at all during our entire stay. The animation team was very friendly, enthusiastic and full of energy. Various events were organized every evening, including musical evenings, performances by dancers, and activities in which guests could participate, such as quiz shows and bingo. The entertainment was enjoyable without being intrusive. During our stay, there were several families with young children, as well as couples without children and older guests at the hotel. This created a pleasant and varied atmosphere. Our impression was that the hotel is well suited to different age groups, as well as to both families and couples. Our only criticism concerns the cleaning of the rooms. At first glance, the rooms appeared clean; however, there was quite a lot of dust on the floor, which we only noticed on our socks. The rooms were cleaned daily, and towels and bed linen were changed upon request, but overall, the cleaning could have been a little more thorough. Apart from that, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

This is the second time we have been to Alta Sun Continental Park and it is just as good as the first time, Great food, Very Clean hotel, Happy staff, Nice Pool, Beach just across the road, Lots of local shops, Lifts to floors, Disabled access, A great all round hotel holiday makers were mixed with German, English, Spanish, Some Scandi and polish so a big melting pot for all Very good holiday had here mid September 2026

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is great and it is good value for money. It is small and family-friendly with a nice atmosphere. The food was decent. The salads were always fresh and tasted good. The desserts were not the best, but the ice cream was a good option. My daughter loved Linda and the rest of the animation team. She especially loved the face painting! The hotel could make a few improvements. They should serve good espresso in the all-inclusive plan. They should also put free bottled water in the rooms. Our room was small, but that was okay. However, the doors were very noisy when closing.
