Aparthotel Can Picafort Palace

Nice looking hotel and very clean everywhere they pride themselves on this and rooms are clean. But this hotel is not geared to all inclusive guests has lots of quirks to iron out. Entertainment- paid a lot for the holiday for 4star but felt like 2star no entertainment no atmosphere - quiz- bingo- karaokee- translavania film night for adults the proper shows were cancelled. Only 1 lift working the whole time we were there it only holds 4 small people with a squeeze. Drinks are local but seem non existant of alcohol in a shorr drink might as well call it coke! Snacks are left over breakfast items put next to bar covered in flies all day. Drinks service in the restaurant is waiter service and its very slow aa they have ti do the whole restaurant. You cant sit outside the restaurant in the day to eat when the suns out yet in the evening when its cold you can!! I would only do b&b at this hotel

We are still here, chose the hotel because of the indoor pool, kids club and evening entertainment. Indoor pool is nice. Kids club is aiming for very young children. 3-6 years max. Nothing is on for my 10 year old. Positives -spaceas rooms -location Average -food -kids club with very limited resources Negatives -evening entertainment is the Worse ever!!! Bingo, charity bingo, karaoke, fiml night. Seriously?? Paid a lot of money and very disappointed. Boring, no atmosphere. Going over to the hotel next door to watch their shows. No manager to be seen, no welcome no charisma. Staff is working very hard on limited resources. We are half board so paying for our drinks. Ordered a mojito. No alcohol whatsoever. Mean, cut backs, you feel cheated. Never again!!!!

Just home from our 3rd stay here and we booked our 4th stay whilst still there. We absolutely love this hotel and plan to come back for many more years. The staff are amazing and so welcoming, food is fantastic, the animation team are brilliant with the children, really family friendly atmosphere! Location is perfect and just a short walk to shops, supermarkets and beach. Shout out to Paco and Jose! Truly made us feel like family, the fact they remember us when we return speaks volumes about how great the staff are!

Spur of the moment trip away for long weekend. Hotel is spotless & swimming pools, staff are very friendly & welcoming, we had a leaky tap in the bathroom, reported it & it was fixed immediately. The apartment was great, lovely balcony overlooking the pool. Breakfast was great, huge selection catering for all tastes. Entertainment was good & adult activities. Close walk to the harbour. Would definitely stay here again

We had an amazing experience staying at this hotel for a week. The hotel itself was fantastic, with lovely staff, great food and brilliant entertainment. All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially the bar staff and entertainment staff, who were always up for a laugh and made our stay even more enjoyable. There were always plenty of sun loungers available around the pool, and there was a great variety of food available at every mealtime, so there was always something to enjoy. Our room was cleaned every day and was always kept lovely and fresh. We had such a fantastic week here and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. We would absolutely come back again in the future! Shop in the hotel which was handy to have.
