Great location, outstanding service in the restaurant looking after us with one of our party needing extremely careful food due to severe allergies. Pepe and Emilio.... exceptional with the staff all very attentive.. would not hesitate to recommend

Ramos was a brilliant waiter. Fun and made sure we had the best time possible. Recommended some great places to go out and always made sure we were safe. Hotel was amazing too although I have certain criticisms such as there was a bit of a queue to get our rooms but all in all it was a great experience

The Hotel Bahia de Alcudia has a terrible approach in some ways to ‘all inclusive’ an example here is that if you’re all inclusive you can only have the small ice creams at the top shelf, all the others must be paid for? Also, anyone wanting an ice cream has to ask the staff to get them one?! The cocktails are in the same two tier system with the cheaper all inclusive ones and the better ones for other guests! This way of running things makes an otherwise fantastic hotel appear mean in my opinion. It just isn’t ’all inclusive’ in the sense that we understand it when we book up.

Just got back from a weeks holiday our first time travelling alone just me and my daughter and my friend and her daughter . This hotel made us feel so welcome and safe. Can honestly say every member of staff was so helpful and kind nothing was to much trouble. The hotel was very clean and decorated beautifully. Our room was on the small side but for how long your in there it was fine only thing lacking was draws to but things in maybe the bedside tables would be better with draws in or some under the dressing table . Meal times were excellent food cooked fresh and the theme nights were really good. Only criticism was food wasn’t replaced very quickly had to stand around a few times for food to be replaced. Could do with better snacks at snack time and a bigger food station as again when the food was gone took ages to be replaced needs more variety of food and I think icecream should be available all the time not just at meal times as my daughter loves an icecream throughout the day so had to buy the ones you had in the freezer and when your all inclusive I really don’t think you should have to.Great idea opening the gates to the pool area at 8 save people getting up at silly o’clock to reserve beds. Did get busy round the pool area but lots of beds dotted around the hotel so wasn’t really a problem for us. I would like to thank everyone at the hotel for make us feel welcome and we will definitely be recommending you to friends and family. Big shout out to Barto from the bar he was so helpful from the moment we arrived to the moment we left he was really attentive and answered any questions we had. Hopefully see you all again soon
