From the moment we arrived, the entire staff went out of their way to ensure every aspect of our stay was pleasant, relaxing, and seamless. The property is lovely, the rooms are incredibly comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for in a vacation. While the whole team provided wonderful service, the culinary experience truly exceeded my expectations, and I have to give a special mention to Chef Emilio—he is simply the best. Traveling with multiple food intolerances is usually a stressful experience for me, but the hotel handled it flawlessly. Chef Emilio took the time to ensure my meals were not only safe but genuinely delicious. This was honestly the first time in my life I didn't feel like a burden when asking for dietary accommodations. Instead of feeling like an inconvenience, I felt completely taken care of. Fabulous resort, lovely chill atmosphere around the pool. Huge selection of food for all meals. Staff are absolutely fantastic throughout the hotel, particularly Marta who was just super.

We had our first family holiday to the hotel and we couldn’t have asked for better customer service. The hotel was lovely but made even better by the staff especially in the bar. They made a fuss of our children and made us feel so welcome. Especially Maria who was extremely kind and made a huge effort with our daughter throughout our stay and giving her strawberries which she loved. Ramos, Marta and Dani were also very generous and kind. Eva in the restaurant was always busy but made an effort with us each day and the kids loved her. The room was cleaned to a great standard when we asked for it to be done so thank you to the housekeeping team. Thank you so much to everyone who made our stay special.
