A very nice hotel We visit every year and it is so nice to see many staff members have been there for years The staff are very friendly and helpful Clean rooms The breakfasts selection is the best of any hotel we have stayed in

Lovely place staff excellent and friendly, the rooms were clean and we had a stunning view, also at night there wasn’t a lot of noise or doors closing loudly which was very good. The food was good and lots of choice. The location is excellent and great places nearby. You can catch a bus to Palma very easily

Quite a good location, close to the beach, shops and bars although quite a bit further to the busier part of the resort. Pleasant atmosphere round the pool area and in the snack bar and lounge bar also the dining room. The rooms were spacious enough, could have done with more drawer space in the bedroom, beds were comfortable, glad to have air conditioning, good sized bathroom with a good shower, decent sized balcony although the view was nothing to rave about. Not bad value for money overall, the snack bar and lounge bar good value with really nice snacks. Spotlessly clean, the rooms cleaned everyday with towel change and linen change, corridors, reception area, dining room, snack bar, lounge bar all spotless. Noise level, wonderful, everyone pleasantly quiet, no noise outside the hotel either. Excellent service at the reception, lounge bar and snack bar also in the dining room. Couldn't fault the service we got from receptionists, waitresses, waiters and the maids, all very helpful, polite, friendly and pleasant. I thought there might have been a gymnasium in the hotel and possible a mini market being a four star. All in all a very good hotel and lovely resort had a really pleasant, relaxing stay for twelve nights.

Location was perfect a stone thrown from beach bars and shops. Rooms only small however we had a wonderful sea veiw. The staff where amazing and so welcoming. The Atmosphere was calming not much entertainment. The value of the hotel was ok we paid more to have a Seaview room.

I've stayed in two other hotels in Can Pastilla before, one larger and one smaller. For me, Apolo beats both. Friendly, good service, clean, ok room size, spacy outdoor areas, nice breakfast / dinner restaurant. In short, a well run hotel. The quiet location a few hundred meters away from the busy promenade is in my opinion a plus. As a cyclist, the bike garage was also a plus, although it could have been bigger.
