Caramelo Palma Beach

Before we arrived I was a bit concerned by some of the other reviews - well I didn’t need to be - we had the most fantastic stay here. A warm and friendly welcome when we checked in - and they had arranged a room on higher floor that I had emailed requesting 2 weeks before we arrived. The hotel was clean and the rooms were exactly like the photos - plenty of space, great balcony and modern bathroom. We spent one day by the pool as we love the beach. The pool was great - great vibes, comfy beds and I loved the dj! Location of the hotel was great - 5 mins stroll to to the beach and easy access to great bars and restaurants. We also spent a day in Palma - bus stops literally corner so if you want to travel around hotel is in a great location for public transport. My only regret - I didn’t get chance to get one of the great tee’s that were for sale in reception. We would definitely come back and stay here again.

Do not book this hotel if you are looking for a relaxing holiday. The hotel was full of young people getting drunk. The dj plays really loud heavy baseline music all afternoon and overall cleanliness was questionable. The pool area is tired, in need of an refurb and there is zero noise proofing throughout the hotel. We were woken up frequently throughout our first night by drunk kids and ended up booking another, quieter hotel.

Absolutely wonderful hotel! Amazing breakfast, amazing service, extremely clean, fabulous pool and wonderful DJs and music! Elisa and Olivia were especially fabulous! Highly recommended to all!
