Caramelo Palma Beach

Wanted to find somewhere nice and chilled for my last day in Majorca. Arrived too early and was told I could only sit on chairs inside the hotel until 1030 which made me feel like a scolded child. I had walked from Palma.Nice pool vibes and dj is great. Pool bar staff offhand and rude. I asked for a drink and the member of staff pointed at a pre poured one left on the bar. No thanks ! She took offence and literally plonked my drink in front of me. I don’t know why there is so much rudeness but the two experiences lead me to say go somewhere more friendly and accommodating. I paid for this via a day pass but I would not recommend.

Is our second time here,and we were impressed by the staff,room and cleanliness everywhere. The womens staff for cleaning and all at the reception are amazing (especially women).The breakfast with great view is unbelievable. We will return,soon,I hope.

Before we arrived I was a bit concerned by some of the other reviews - well I didn’t need to be - we had the most fantastic stay here. A warm and friendly welcome when we checked in - and they had arranged a room on higher floor that I had emailed requesting 2 weeks before we arrived. The hotel was clean and the rooms were exactly like the photos - plenty of space, great balcony and modern bathroom. We spent one day by the pool as we love the beach. The pool was great - great vibes, comfy beds and I loved the dj! Location of the hotel was great - 5 mins stroll to to the beach and easy access to great bars and restaurants. We also spent a day in Palma - bus stops literally corner so if you want to travel around hotel is in a great location for public transport. My only regret - I didn’t get chance to get one of the great tee’s that were for sale in reception. We would definitely come back and stay here again.

Great hotel with 5 min walk distance to the beach . nice pool Breakfast is amazing Rooms are good Hotel stuff are very helpful and nice, spicially Olivia at the pool bar.

Bar staff very friendly and helpful… always smiling. Rooms are very modern. Pool area really nice. Amazing food in hotel
